Pam's cakes are very rich & velvety she definitely makes them from scratch,fresh and moist! And her icing is just perfect the cake was gone in minutes.
As a pastry chef, I’m not always so quick to give someone props because it could detract from my own business, but Pam Carnel can have all my customers with these deliciously perfected cakes! I am a fan!
