The customer service in the store is top-tier 10/10 Andrea is an amazing cook and she’s so so sweet Jason is an amazing worker and he’s so amazing to talk to you as well and the manager soooooo nice Don’t know that other guys name and I don’t know there was a new guy there. I believe he was really nice too.

I had to wait for part of my meal which wasn’t a big deal. But when I got home I realized I didn’t even get what I waited for. Instead I got something with nuts in it and I’m allergic so I could even eat my food

First time going to this Panda Express and I was very satisfied with everyone. They kindly told me they would be with me in just a moment as they took care of a couple other drive thru orders but took care of me right after.

Panda Express quietly raised the family meal price from $34.99 to $40 overnight, and it’s honestly ridiculous. Every location did it at the same time, with zero explanation, zero warning, and absolutely no justification. The portions didn’t increase, the quality didn’t improve, and nothing about the experience changed, except the price. This feels like a blatant cash grab, not a reasonable adjustment. Raising prices across the board for no clear reason is a terrible business practice and a slap in the face to regular customers. If this is how Panda Express plans to treat its customers, don’t be surprised when people stop coming back.

I ordered my food 10 minutes before I got here, then waiting 15 more minutes, then I created this video and then waiting another 10 minutes until I got my food. There were 6-7 people that pre ordered food and they just keep taking care of the people that walked in. At least 10 people walked in waited in line and got their food. Keep in mind my food was supposed to be done 5 minutes before I got here. I understand rush hour and places get busy. But this was a complete lack of working the online orders and only focusing on the ones that walked in.

Worst Panda ever. How is it fast food if you’re in line for 20 minutes with only two cars in front of you? Might as well go to a sit-down restaurant at that point.

The staff was very rude. I was waiting for a Doordash ordered and was ignored for over ten minutes. When I was finally helped, I was still ignored for a washer who arrived more than five minutes after me. My order had been ready but he still received his before me.

My husband and I came in today after a rough day, and the server we had named Nae was SO SWEET. She was very considerate and patient and helped me with figuring out what everything was, I’ve only been like 3 times my whole life lol. She was very happy to help and was so kind hearted. There was this photo on the wall that I read as I was eating, good to see yall actually live up to these expectations 😊 God bless

Places an order online and given a 30 minute pickup time. I showed up on time and had to wait another 30 minutes to pick up my order, while walk in orders were served. It seems that you are penalized for placing an order online and you should just walk in and place a order.
