Whole family has been sense I've been a kid never been or tried to eat since covid. Coming in informed the workers its my first time ever ordering from here and that I don't know how to do this and how it works explained wht they had. Given im a picky eater I don't like green stuff or weird stuff im not to sure off. So because of that and the confusion I only wanted orange chicken and not the kung pow chicken which I got confused looking at. So informed the worked im a picky eater an wouldn't eat at all. So made a whole new plate but started to explain my situation to his staff an manager. If its my first time an someone sees that they'd never eat here again nor order from a chain. This is my first an last time every eating at a panda express first experience was the worst and the customer service from the person fixing the order. The cashier thats new thats only been here for 2 days gave him a tip for his service for even someone in training did better than someone with more than 2-3 months or weeks of training.

Very disappointed on the rude customer service I went on my lunch break around 11am I order there apple pie roll I was told they sold out I would have to wait 5 min I was okay waiting so I went to park to the side I was thinking to my self I can just eat my food in the car while I wait so I decided to go in and ask if I could get my food and I see they had the apple pies there I don’t understand what I did for them to treat me this way I will never return here again very disappointed

We usually like to come by here for a quick meal through the drive thru when we are having a busy night. Tonight was a little bit different. We found ourselves coming in to dine in store and bringing our very picky 7 year old. Our son is autistic and convincing him to try new foods can be difficult at times and overwhelming for him.We were taking a while trying to talk our son into trying some dishes to see what he might like. We asked some of the staff members if they gave out samples and it was mentioned that this was not something that is normally done within their restaurant’s policies (understandably for food safety reasons).However one worker named Dane saw our struggle and helped us to convince our son to try the orange chicken. He approached the conversation in a very friendly and relatable way. The result is that our son ate so well and loved his meal. We were left with a great impression and will definitely be coming back.

Love panda but this is NOT a large order!!! 2nd time this has happened and the dishonesty is just ridiculous to me, as our other entrees come to the top but the shrimp never does, while they charge more for it!

I don’t usually post about chain businesses but this one deserves a review. Something at this particular location changed. The service here is fantastic! All of a sudden everyone is way more pleasant, not that they weren’t before however the increase in customer service and smiles has increased. You’re met with a “welcome” as most places do when you enter but here you’re met with a happy face and a big smile. They run on organization, the bathroom and restaurant are always clean and shiny, and the customer service is on mark.
