The staff is always super helpful. Even when they are busy they check back to see if you have been helped already or need help. They never get upset when I ask questions about the menu and when they are out of something always have a helpful suggestion for a similar item instead of just staring at me waiting for me to come up with something.

We’ve always loved Panera and the one we usually go to the service is outstanding (on Rayford and 99) The ladies are the register DO NOT belong in customer service. The first person (could be Latin or African American - long hair, she stood at the register and we weren’t sure if we should order or not as she wasn’t making eye contact. I said good morning again and we are ready, she glanced at us without a word. I asked if she was ok (as she looked so dazed and annoyed) she said yes, do you want someone else to help you? I responded if you’re not able to then yes, she moved and told the other lady to help me because she wasn’t going to. The other lady had an attitude as well. We will definitely never come back to this place.

Gave me half a cup of soup. Why?! How?! This was an order for the smallest portion of soup. Why is that I get back to the office after picking up my lunch order to open my cup of soup and find the cup only half full?! SMH

1. Very slow service. They need to hire more people. 2. My to go order was missing an item. I called after getting to my hotel. Called and talked to the branch manager. He only mumbled and said they just freshly baked some and perhaps they were out when I picked up my order. They did not tell me it was missing and no apologies from the manager.
Purchased Pick Two, the sandwich was so flat and didn't have the avocado on it. There was no friendly faces or even a word that came from anyones mouth. I had to go looking for my order, after it wasn't on the screen. This location was my go to, but changing it going forward! DONE! Management need to get it together!

First thing I asked, “Do you have egg whites?” The guy answered “yes, we do” I ordered a bacon and egg white sandwich without cheese on Cibatta bread. I get home and guess what .. Regular Eggs …and the audacity to have on your paper bags .. Made With Love.

This location is tricky to get to and only 2 ways you can enter and you have to be driving South bound and exit I45 to get there and if you miss your turn there isn’t any easy way to get back to do the turn again. Only came because we had a coupon. Definitely choosing another location over this one for sure. Dirty tables… our food was cold and made too early and not a few minutes prior to our arrival. Staff was unapologetic and gave us huge cups for water like they don’t have anything else- which I doubt.
