Normally I don't write bad reviews, but management here is AWFUL. I ordered 2 group soups with 8 pieces of french bread included, 3 grill cheese sandwiches with chips, macaroni and cheese bowl, and a French bread loaf...totaling $101.01 with a 15% tip . In the bag was only 2 BOWLS of soup, 4 pieces of bread, 3 grill cheese, and 1 bag of chips. I called the store to tell them and I was very surprised at how badly it was all handled. First off I should have been put on an actual hold by the employee who answered the phone, because I could hear everything the manager was saying and it wasn't nice. The manager got on the phone and immediately got an attitude like I was being a "Karen" for even calling. I said I would run back to get the soups, but asked if they could remake the 3 grill cheese. Which to me would make perfect sense since the whole point of the meal was grill cheese and tomato soup...but the manager thought that was an unreasonable request. Because of what I heard on "hold" and his disrespectful behavior I said to just refund me. I have yet to receive the refund. I have worked in the food service industry before, so I know the stuff that they have to deal with...but this guy really makes a bad name for this location and all the other employees that work there. I'm now ordering pizza for 8 kids and wasted $46.97 on food that didn't get eaten. Thanks Panera!

The food was tasty as always but this specific location is an absolute mess. Booths with broken upholstery and not a single table in the restaurant was clean, chairs out in the way and the baby chair was also not wiped clean. I don't come to a restaurant to wipe everything down and feel like I'm eating in a dirty messy place.

Ordered 2 Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches and a bowl of French Onion soup, full staff, 6 people inside, waited 25 minutes for the food, sandwich was mediocre in quality, and barely warm. The soup was disgusting, overly salted and barely warm.... $40 later, they have seen the last of my money.

We ordered a dozen sandwiches from the store located at:1448 Louetta Rd, Spring, TX 77388After the 2 employees took the order they said wait a minute and went to the back & disappeared. After 10 minutes we found someone else to ask for the manager. Then she comes out all PO'd that we are bothering her with something so trivial.I don't know about the other sandwiches but I ordered the Chicken, Pepperoni, Mozzarella Melt. What I got was an overly toasted bun, that I could barely chew, with NOT one bite of chicken on it and there was barely enough mozzarella and pepperoni to cover the bread!Well, bite my Panera Bread!!!

I have a lower review for this location right now because it seems that the afternoon crew can't quite get it together. More than once I've pulled up to the drive-thru and heard absolutely nothing for longer than usual, when I was only letting them know that I was picking up a pickup order. Both times this happened, I drove to the window and a young lady came and looked at me like I was interrupting her at her house or something like that. For that reason, I do avoid going there in the afternoon. Still love the food, but the service could use some work.

Everything here is really good. I especially love the autumn squash soup. The Baja warm bowl is also great. Even if you don't like squash, you may like this soup. I appreciate their commitment to clean, healthy food. And they deliver!Parking: Very easy in-and-out.
