First time in a while, greeted quickly, ordered and found seat inside. It was COLD. Waited for 20+ minutes went to window, and found my food had been setting there 10-15 minutes. Had it remade and the soup was still lukewarm. Very disappointed.

One of the worst Panera locations I've been to. It took over an hour for 2 sandwiches that I placed an order for! Even after I received a text it was ready, it still took an additional 25 minutes! No apology or anything from the manager. I'm not sure if the employees are overwhelmed or just not trained to get orders out timely. Another time I went through the drive thru it took about 45 minutes and the order accuracy isn't always right. Needless to say I would try a different location if you want Panera.

The drive through is a mess! The young lady was sent out to move cars to get the people in the back out because they already got their food. Obviously- this is not her skill set! I waited for over 30 minutes for a vegetarian sandwich. Um. Really??? Do not go through the drive through if you're short on time!

This location is short-staffed. Approximately 40 minutes in the drive through waiting to get to the window, then once we finally got to the window, we paid, and had to wait even more for our food. They gave us our beverages first, which has something on the side of the cup (not sure what it was ). I get everywhere is short-staffed but they should have been courteous enough to relay that message. This is supposed to be fast food, which is not the case here. Panera's good, but try another location.

Worst Panera I've ever been to. The staff is rude and slow. God forbid you remind them to add your rewards account. (They don't ask you if you have one, so you definitely have to bring it up.) The disdain that drips from the cashier's voice as she takes your phone number is palpable. Not sure what that's about. Not friendly at all. No smile. No good morning. It can't be that bad working there, can it?

Horrible drive through service. Despite the menu showing what is all available on a Pick 2, the person taking the order decides to pick and choose what is and isn't an option. Never going back...

I spent over an hour waiting in the drive thru line to get my food today. Not the slightest apology from the cashier, and it sure seemed like the staff were having a hilarious time of it. We should have been warned of the long wait. Cars behind me started going in reverse and leaving. What a miserable experience! Stay away!

We had lunch there today and we’re thrown out mid meal! We went in, ordered at kiosk, specified “dine in”, found seating along with other seated patrons in the dining room. When our order was ready, it was all packed in a to go bag. We had both ordered a BOWL of French onion soup-we got a small paper cup with no cheese and no croutons (best part of the soup!). Hubbies 1/2 sandwich was supposed to be roast beef and white cheddar, he got a small amount of beef and one very thin slice of ham-no cheese! My 1/2 sandwich was supposed to be chicken salad with almonds-not only no almonds but it was rough chopped sliced turkey. The bread was so thin it had to be eaten with a knife and fork. We didn’t complain because all the employees behind the counter seemed very irritated and angry about something. Halfway through the meal, a very irritated woman walked into the dining room and announced the dining room is closed-gather your things and leave right away. One of the customers made a comment and she barked at him “that’s why everything is in to go containers”. I swear I thought she was foaming at the mouth! People picked up right away, most tossed their uneaten meal in the trash and left. We were close to finishing, so we hurried (5 minutes tops) with her leering at us and the other customers who weren’t already gone. Then they turned out the lights! We are seniors, we enjoy a leisurely lunch out periodically, and we’re beyond disappointed! As we left my husband went to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. A black lady identified herself and he told her it might be a good idea to let people know before they order that it’s only to go. She started to argue with him and he said “I should go on social media and tell everyone about your poor service “. Her response? “Go ahead”. I’m still upset for their rudeness and lack of pride. Getting the orders wrong is one thing, but we paid $33.+ to be treated very poorly.

Man. I put in an breakfast order ($40) and it never got delivered ! When I tried to call (x9900) the line does not work ! I had to drive there first thing this morning to get my money back - not only did I have to direct them to look into my order - but whatever person - employee came out to "help me" was trying to brush me off ! When I told her the phone doesn't work - her response "yeah it had problems or doesn't work" ... wth. Who responds like that. I had to direct her to look into the order before she remember no one from door dash picked it up ! It didn't dawn on her to credit my order ?? Or communicate via the app ?? So I just told her to just give me the order since I was there but she sure Took her a slow ass 15 minute to get my order ! Not apologetic - I mean shoot - some common sense is lacking here ! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE WITH YOUR APP ! The only person that decent was the lady cutting the food who went to look for help .. this manager ? Or whatever she is - needs to be let go. Any customer who came in- it took her a minute to advise them to use the kiosk ... I can't even explain - all I know is that I don't leave comments but I don't want people to deal with what I experience here and I love Panera ! HORRIBLE !

We went to the Panera Cafe, on Kuykendahl, in Spring, TX for lunch today. As we went in, we noticed there weren't any employees to take our order. After a few minutes, we saw some people ordering from a kiosk, so we ordered, specified "dine in", paid and went into the dining area, where other customers were also seated, having their lunch. We got our lunch, but noticed it was in a bag. Sure enough, the 1/2 sandwiches were all loosely wrapped and falling apart. My 1/2 chicken salad with almonds was on thin, wet bread, not a single almond, and was basically some chopped up sliced turkey. My husbands 1/2 beef and white cheddar sandwich had a very small amount of beef and a single thin slice of ham. I wanted to tell them to fix them, but he said when he picked up the order, all the employees seemed angry so we didn't say anything. Our BOWLS of French onion soup that we both love was a small cardboard cup with no croutons or cheese. The best part of FOS is the yummy melted cheese over the croutons! I told a worker who was wiping down a table nearby, he got us each a tiny little bag with 3-4 of the smallest croutons I've ever seen. We were out for a nice, leisurely lunch, so rather than get upset, we just went with it. Until a woman from the back stormed into the dining area and announced the dining room is closed-gather your things up and leave right away. We were dumbfounded! Most of the customers tossed their uneaten food and left. Several of us were near being finished, so we tried to finish up, with her leering at us with each bite. It was 6 minutes, tops. Then they turned off the lights! We left but a few were finishing up. My husband asked to speak to the manager on the way out, a black woman identified herself as the manager. He told her they might want to let people know prior to ordering the dining room is closed. She got an attitude with him, so he said he should post our experience on social media to let others know how we were treated. Her response? GO AHEAD. I'm still upset, we are retired seniors and spent $33+ dollars on very subpar food and even worse service. I'm beyond sad because I've read a ton of reviews regarding that location, not a single good review. They can't stay open long when there are so many other nice places to eat in the area.

2 people in the restaurant and one in the drive thru at 9am on a Wednesday. At least 4 workers. One of the girls was completely clueless and kept asking what we had. It took 15+ minutes to get my food. The lady from the drive thru came in and said she was given the wrong thing. I understand things are out of stock and restaurants get behind. But really, all I can ask for is a little hustle and a little acknowledgment that they are behind. Neither of those happened here.

Prices are incredibly too high for low grade food. Panera is not how it use to be; incredibly fresh and lots of options.

Waited in the drive through for over twenty minutes only to be told half my order was unavailable at the window. Then waited another ten minutes for the girl to get manager to refund my credit card for purchase. (Watched 6 employees standing around doing nothing while we waited for the refund!) Very unprofessional manager tried to fake apologize when handing my receipt. "Sorry little momma about that" - what kind of response to a customer is that?!?

I stopped by this establishment and I ordered my drink and once I got to the drink fountain, THEY DIDNT HAVE IT. I was highly dissatisfied. When I got to my table is was absolutely FREEZING Almost 30 minutes went by until I got my food. When I was leaving, I had to use the restroom which was absolutely FILTHY. When I washed my hands, the water was FREEZING! I felt like hypothermia all over again. NEVER AGAIN! ONE STAR

I had an unfortunate situation where all of my soup spilt all over my car and most of my other food. Seth had no problem assisting to help me to get replacement food and even helped by providing me with some rags to clean my car. Made a frustrating situation a lot easier. Thank you.
