Employee was a vety nice lady, but the speaker for drive thru is sooooo quiet I can never hear anything. Also outside smells like DOOKIE. I couldn't wait to roll up my window
Nobody there to take your order. Temperature was about 60 degrees inside. All the seats were dirty and tables were no clean. No sweetener for the ice tea
Walked in no one at the counter. So I tried the order yourself machine. It said take a number so when my food was ready it would vibrate I guess. Of course there was none there. So I guess service is not one of their priorities. Oh well.
On my way going home stop at this Panera, ordered two grilled cheese and a turkey sandwich which was 38 dollars. They were about to close and gave us 2 breads with cheese that was not even melted and the bread wasn’t even grilled. Turkey was completely wrong and had some type of sauce. Went to take the sandwiches back and they refused to give me my money back. Will not be going back. Stay away from this location!!!!
Rude drive thru experience!
Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Avoid at All Costs
This place is a disgrace. The service is beyond terrible, and the hygiene is downright revolting. Took my wife and kids here, ordered four meals, and they managed to screw up half of them. That alone would’ve been bad enough, but what happened next was unbelievable.
My son’s sandwich had a huge, clearly visible hair sticking right out of it—so obvious that I can’t understand how the person at the counter missed it. When I brought it back, the lady at the counter reacted as if this was just another day in their disgusting kitchen. She literally just said, *“Oh, that’s gross, we’ll remake it,” with an expression that screamed, “This happens all the time.” No apology, no concern—just pure indifference.
And it didn’t stop there. One of our meals came with soup that was stone cold. When I asked for a fresh, hot one, the same lady pointed to a microwave outside and told me to heat it myself! I couldn’t believe it. I asked if they normally serve cold soup, and her response? “Yeah, sorry, it might’ve sat here for a while.” Absolutely unbelievable.
The staff here clearly couldn’t care less about food safety or customer service. The whole place operates like a filthy, careless mess where bad service is the norm. If you value your health and your dignity, stay far away from this dump.
Bad service and bad attitudes, along with the wrong food.
Pretty sure they gave me the wrong food intentionally, because they were upset they had to refund and recharge part of my order after failing to tell me they were out of stock on an item I paid for.
I even got an eye roll.
the people working there are very friendly and the bread always is fresh
The sip club is great for coffee. But the drive thru is extremely slow. You are stuck behind people ordering meals when all you want is a drink. The wait is not worth it.
Asiago bread was out standing as a sandwich

Panera has been a large disappointment the past few times with accuracy of our order. Today was no different.
-my family’s order which included soups was sitting in the counter before saying that the order was ready for just under 10 minutes, which they cooled down quite a bit. They were waiting for my sandwich to be ready before calling out.
-we had someone missing a side when I eventually asked if it was our order just sitting there.
-about 25% into eating my sandwich, I discovered the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich didn’t have any avocado in it. I went up front to let them know. At first, the employee suggested they remake it, but another one behind them said they didn’t need to. They proceeded to open the sandwich and scoop some avocado onto the half which I hadn’t started eating. The part which I had started eating didn’t get any avocado.
Got an order Togo. The soup itself tasted good, but after getting towards the bottom of the bowl, I noticed something weird. There were little sheets of plastic in my soup. Now I'm worried that I ingested some of them. Will not be returning.
The store needs some TLC. The cashier was very nice and helpful. My broccoli cheddar soup was warm, not hot. And the baguette was cold. The sandwich was okay.

Floors are tables dirty, understaffed. No person to welcome you when entering or to take your order. If you don’t know how to use feels serve kiosk, you better eat elswhere. I used to like Panera… what happened??

Terrible attention in this place. Everyone seems angry and does not even respond with a good morning greeting.
