The store needs some TLC. The cashier was very nice and helpful. My broccoli cheddar soup was warm, not hot. And the baguette was cold. The sandwich was okay.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee, I wait like 12min with just one car ahead then I’m told when I get to the window they aren’t making breakfast anymore. (Can’t say that at the menu when I’m ordering) literally only came here for the food. Then my coffee is wrong and I have to send it back.

It's the worst stocked Panera for breakfast that I've ever been to. The croissants are usually gone by 6:30 am along with other popular items. Here's a strategy, if you're consistently running out of stuff and your shelves are completely empty at 6:45, plan to make more.

Lady who worked was absolutely rude and I am a manager where if she worked for me she would be long gone. Told me my order was wrong bc it’s very condescending…. You don’t get to give your opinion on customers orders especially when you get it wrong and are rude to them bc they want you to redo it
