Absolute worst experience. As a teacher I put in an online order, picked it up and half the order was missing and we could not return because of work. Called to get refunded and the employee put me on hold for 30 minutes then refused to answer the phone again. *I was absolutely not rude. Have been asking corporate to make it right for two plus months but it’s up to this franchise. 74 dollars and a 20% tip gone. Customer service is absolute trash.

You don’t bake enough muffins. When I get there at 1 PM, either there is nothing available at all, or only one or two muffins left. Then I have to choose from the select few items that nobody wanted to purchase. Also, you have to find a way to get your customers in and out of the store faster. Every time I’m there, the customer in front of me goes through the entire menu and wants details about ingredients etc. We can’t wait that long in line.

This has been the worst experience I’ve had at a Panera. I can’t believe I paid for hair in my food, old black and brown lettuce, and water downed soup. I should have known better when I had to keep changing my order because they were out of food.

We love to visit for breakfast and order the Spinach and bacon souffle. It is so delicious and filling. Recently, I ordered the creamy chicken and rice soup for my husband when he was sick. He loved it! The next day he wanted more. That's how I know it was good! He also enjoyed the French baguette that accompanied it.

Two different times we were unable to enjoy the full experience of Panera.1. We went in to order then was told we couldn’t stay and dine in since there wasn’t enough staff?2. Went to order through the drive thru and waited for a while until we decided to pull up since the speaker wasn’t working. When we pulled up we were unable to order since they closed the kitchen 15 minutes before closing. They did however offer Mac & cheese but everything else was not available.This Panera has really gone down and no longer an enjoyable place to eat.

Please fix the drive thru light so we can see the menu. We were at the drive thru for like 20 min and there were enough people there working inside. Not sure what’s the issue but needs faster service please.By the way … the other day we went like 2 hrs before closing and tried to order a sandwich and were told they were out of bread. Like ALL of your bread types were out? How can you run out of bread Panera Bread??? The drive thru light was not working. How can people order if they can’t see the menu?

Terrible customer service at this location. Withered was only one other customer in location. We waited over 20 minutes and went to ask for status of the food. It did not appear as they were working on our order as no food was out. They seemed confused when we asked them for it. They then looked and some of the food was behind the counter, but not all. Some wasn't even started and it appeared they had no idea what to do. We asked to speak with a manager and when one came we had no idea she was a manager. She was dressed in sweats and a sweatshirt, not Panera related, and did not look professional at all. Before we said anything she wlsaid don't yell, which we weren't since we were standing there waiting. She asked you want your food or a refund...that was it. No explanation or apology. As we had already waited so long we said give us the food. The district manager was there as well and didn't try and didn't say anything either. The manager, Trishan, was rude and confrontational. We love Panera but will not be going back to this location. Worst service we have gotten.

Horrible service. Me and my wife waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru, listening to someone inside the store have a personal conversation with someone in the car in front of us. Our meals were for pick up, but it took over an hour to receive. Only for the entire order to be incorrect. While sitting in the drive-thru, my wifey called the in-store manager, only to be met with an unprofessional attitude from the store general manager. I’ve been living in Spring for the past four years, and this has to be the worst service ever at this location. The store general manager has no business being the store manager, which reflects the poor customer service. Do yourself a favor don’t waste your time or money at this location

Don't know what is going on with this location. No one at the drive-thru. The wrong sandwich was given after waiting for 20+ minutes. Maybe they need more reliable employees.
