Wish there was an option to give 0 stars! This location NEVER has baguettes or the ingredients to make our order. We visit around 6:00 in the evening and they are sold out of baguettes. BREAD IS IN THEIR NAME!!!! In addition to that, a family member visited them and ordered 2 soups to go and they failed to tell them they didn't have spoons to eat their soups and REFUSED to give them a refund. Save your money, your time, and blood pressure and eat somewhere else!!!

Updated review 5/2025. This place has gone downhill since I came a few years ago. The seating cushions need to be redone at this location as they are so worn down and tore up. It’s in such poor condition it’s kind of embarrassing for a business. This is the most worn down seating of any Panera location I’ve been to. Employees screaming in the background doesn’t add to the ambience. Where is management?

1st and foremost this location is horrible. The ordering manger in charge of the shipments is doing a crappy job. This location only ever has 1 type of bread 🥖which is ciabatta they try to give you. Panera promotes new sandwiches all the time but this location can never sale them due to not ever having the product. And when you inquire the staff gives attitude. The store is always filthy seating is damaged it’s horrible.

I asked for croissant but they didn’t have croissants . Then we ordered toasted bagel with cream cheese and jelly, they didn’t have jelly. Coffees were very good

This is the absolute slowest Panera I’ve ever been to. How can I be the only person there and it still take at least 15 minutes to fill a bowl of soup.
The interior needs some sprucing up. Worn seats. Terribly loud hum coming from the ice machine area. Pleasant counter staff. No wait service, you must pick up your own lunch. Don't think we will be back for a while.

Came in a hour before closing. Ordered a half sandwich and soup for my first order. 2nd order was a full sandwich and soup. We then ordered 2 drinks expecting to be included in the orders. Instead they charged us for the drinks and on the receipt it said no drink with our meals. Why would you charge us full price for drinks that would have been included if you just added it to the order correctly. Both drinks cost roughly 8$ additionally , they could have saved me 8$ in my price. The worst part about this whole thing besides being charged an additional 8$ was the fact that one of the drinks was wrong! They gave us some hybrid of a cold brew mixed with sweet tea, my girlfriend said it tasted like cigarettes. I know it’s late and yall are closing but come on at least get the drinks correct.
