The manager Sean was great! The place was packed and orders coming in on the phone and he stayed positive and got my pizzas done on time. I even added 4 more pizzas!

Be warned. On Friday Nov 28th, I picked up a thin pepperoni and hamburger along with a small supreme. My wife, son and myself have suffered with diarrhea all Saturday. We were awaken by my son vomiting. Please reply to the review if you were in the same condition.

Sent my daughter in to Grab our pizza, I like mine cut in squares as I eat small little at a time, they didn't cut it the way I wanted my daughter asked for cheese packets she gave her 2 and told her thats all she can give out I have order 1 large and 2 medium ones and 2 packets? They always act like its coming out their pockets.

I always order Pizza Hut but a friend of mine told me papa John’s is the Cadillac of pizza spots, boy was he wrong! and do I regret it, My pizza took over 1 hour to get here, delivery driver forgets my drink which ruins everything and doesn’t even seem apologetic or like he even cares, my daughter finds a HUGE hair mixed inside of a hot wing , when I call the store to tell them about the drink the manager doesn’t even offer to make the situation better. I’m the one that mentions refunding me for the drink other than that he doesn’t even seem to care. Papa John’s should be ashamed of themselves you guys make little caesars pizza look like a 5 star restaurant. I’ll make sure to let everyone I know not to order from this location or any papa John’s because all you care about is our money and not the customers or making things better.

My Name Is Not Important

I use the app to order ahead. They have deals on the app that will save you lots of money versus paying full price. I used my rewards cash plus the app deal to score this pizza today for $5. That's a cheap lunch in 2025!!!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had while ordering online

After placing my order, I noticed that the delivery was delayed. After being around 45-60 minutes after delivery I called the store to check and make sure.

They said that the order was placed as Carryout instead of Delivery and wanted to charge more money for the order.

When I addressed this issue with the store manager, I explained that the Delivery Deal on the website was 2 for 22 Delivery but the order automatically entered as Carryout. I checked while we were talking and found that there was not even an option to change it to Delivery even if I had noticed the Delivery Deal was not marked correctly online.

She said that error was a corporate problem and the only thing they could do was send the original order, by the time it would arrive nearly 1-1/2 hours later than when the order was made. She refused to offer a discount of any kind considering the situation.

Due to the unsatisfactory timing of food delivery and customer service, I requested the original order be cancelled and refund issued.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had while ordering through your app.

After placing my order, I noticed that the delivery was slightly delayed. Suddenly, I heard a loud banging on my door. When I looked out the window, I found no one there. Upon opening the door, I discovered my pizza left on the trash can, while the delivery driver remained in his car on the street, watching me.

To add to my disappointment, the pizza boxes were unsealed, with no stickers indicating freshness. The pizzas were not warm; one box contained only seeds and stems, looking partially eaten, with the other pepperoncini missing. I took a bite of the pizza and unexpectedly pulled out a piece of what appeared to be a hair or string, which was alarming.

When I addressed this issue with the store manager, Aubrey, she dismissed my concerns by claiming it was cheese. She mentioned that food is not inspected before delivery and that it’s common for items like pepperoncini to be bitten. Additionally, she stated that she was busy cutting anywhere between 40-80 pizzas at once and could not ensure proper inspection.

I requested to speak with someone from corporate, but she seemed unaware of how to contact them and had never received such a request before.

Due to the unsatisfactory quality of the food and the poor handling of this situation, I requested the pizzas be picked up and a full refund issued. She said I would see it in 48 hrs.

Go to Louetta Road for better quality food. The manager is rude. She lied about giving me a refund and the driver purposely delivered my food cold because I didn’t tip in the app! As a previous server, I always tip in cash and he looked shocked. Waste of time and tip!

I’m surprised my son hasn’t turned into a piece of pizza as much as he loves to eat it, his dad too. It was one of those nights where I didn’t want to cook, we were busy and tired and on the move. I ordered from the app and although they didn’t have it ready and over of the pizza was wrong, the worker came out to us before we drove off and asked us to make sure it was right and corrected it for us. The pizza was delicious and better ingredients better pizza is absolutely true!

Placed an order for delivery. Once pizza arrived I opened the door said hello, was not greeted or even smiled at, there driver(of course no name tag) shoved the pizza at me so hard i had to take a step back and never once thanked me or gave me a chance to tip him. Not sure if it was descrimination or what but the customer service is unacceptable and is very disappointing.
