We love this location! We always order through the app, there’s been some occasions where they could do better, but honestly what quick serve restaurant doesn’t mess up orders sometimes (our pizza has always been 10/10). We tend to order late night on weekends, our food has always been super fresh and delivered promptly. Best pizza around!

Order the Big Texan pizza. Xl pepperoni New York style. I added mushrooms and extra cheese I received a cheese pizza with 6 slices of mushrooms. Maybe there is a shortage of both mushrooms and pepperoni slices I don't know. But what I do know is when I call she said I only order a 1-toping pizza. But the box plus my receipt and app say something completely different ? I don't even think I talked with the manager either by far the worst experience here hopefully they don't end up like the dominoes across the street

Today around 6:00 p.m. Wednesday the young lady at the register was very nice and professional..Two employees 1 male 1 female came from outside and into the prep area started making pizza without washing their hands (now I see why customers get sickened) very unsanitary.A group of customers was already there before me and I noticed one of the females goes into the prep area and she appears to be standing directly where the pizza is being prepared in plain clothing (no hat) where hair can possibly fall onto the mealI would assume that this location is not a corporate location but I will report this further.This store just needs more training and supervision.Vegetarian options: Pizza is good but could be better.

Placed a 60 dollar order, came in to pick-up with a 100 dollar bill and I was told they will not make change if it's more than 20 dollars. They said they would rather throw it away and lose out on the money then make change. I will not return !

I ate it, but the memory is evil, or sad anyway: the pizza first of all was pretty much dry as dust: radically insufficient tomato sauce, and my 3 paid-ingredient "special" was grossly inadequate on both cheese quantity and overall toppings too. Usually Papa's is good, the store off 1960W in Houston makes good, succulent pizza---avoid this store, it's near my house but I won't be their customer again.

My family and I ordered this evening 4 pizzas and 3 side items. We get home to find pizzas messed up. We usually don't have many issues but tonight my husband and to make 2 round trips to have them correct the issues with our dinner. No compensation for our dinner being after 7 pm when food was ordered before 6. The employees didn't seem concerned or bothered that not only did they make a mistake on our dinner but somebody actually ordered and didn't receive what they gave us. I don't like leaving less than stellar reviews cause I know how detrimental a bad review can be for a company.

Quality is getting worse. It used to be great pizza. We got pizza every Saturday night, next week need to go to a different place. Now (according to Matthew a year ago, he is lying of course) they started charge 45 for each packet of cheese and pepper.What happened with the good food and friendly service.
