The young man who helped me was very nice. I feel sorry for him because he was there all alone by himself having to do all the work that's sad, but he was a great worker and made the best pizza.

Placed an order a couple of weeks ago and my pizza came hard as a rock, when I called to Let them know I was given an option to take credit for the next time I order, well I called today and there was no credit on file. I called to place my order. When I was transferred to enter my info, call hung up abruptly. Figured it happens so I called back , was told I was being transferred to front desk to see if order went through, I asked the lady that was supposedly helping me if she was sure I wasn’t going to get hung up on. Her made is Amber. Instead of her reassuring me, she didn’t reply back and transfers me. Immediately the call hangs up -again. I try a 3rd time and call the actual location. I was left on hold for over 7 min. Horrible service ! Never again

This is about the fourth or fifth time we have ordered from this location in the year since we’ve moved here. Quality is ALWAYS horrible. We've reported it to the manager- they offered a free pizza next time- called to get it and they couldn’t locate it. Fine. Brushed it off.
Tried them again today, random size slices. Tiny, huge, half of the pizza is thin crust and the other is thick. Tough. Not cut all the way through. Covered in bubbles. Reported to manager, she mentioned it was young teenagers working and essentially what can you do. There is still a proper grading for sending out food that’s being paid for. I will say this time they refunded me. But we will no longer will order from here :(

This is the best Papa Johns in the Houston area. Fast. Efficient. Friendly. I've moved away and the Papa Johns that's now closest to me isn't even comparable. I miss being able to order from here. I've ordered from several different Papa Johns but this one is by far the best.

So i ordered 2 large pizzas for carry out, i attempted to order 2 large pepperoni pizzas but mistakenly hit bacon instead 🤦♂️. I called because i thought it was their mistake but nope, it was mine lol, the young guy let me professionally that i ordered bacon and even apologized for my error lol. I feel everyone is quick to leave a negative review and i felt i should leave a positive review on my mistake lol. Fyi it taste like a plain cheese pizza .

Ordered a pizza online. Picked up from store and assumed it was correct. Got home and we had pepperoni on the pizza. Such a simple error they made and when I call this store, nobody picks up. The guy at the front was not worried about his mistake and said to me “what do you want me to do, make you another one?” Customer service here is missing and they don’t care about working in this store. Was going with Pizza Hut today and decided to try PJ but I should have went with Pizza Hut. Drove 6 miles back to the store with a pissed off wife at home 🤦🏽

It's pizza. Staff were nice and had the food ready fast. Everyone said it was the best fast food pizza. I think it was good, too.

I’m usually a generous reviewer but this food was the worst - gluten free crust tastes like it was made out of the pizza box. Kids’ cheese pizza was overcooked. Both almost inedible, threw half away. Service was fine.
