Wonderful people serving at thsi place. Love the pizza!

I ordered a special pack it came with one large pepperoni pizza, Six buffalo wings, a Pepsi and some cheese sticks. I also ordered a pasta dish on the side. So I get my food and I open everything up and my pizza was just extra well done like it was more of a chip instead of a pizza as well as my cheese sticks too. So then I try out my pasta.. guys when I tell you I got chicken with Alfredo sauce and added bacon. I got pasta with no PASTA ! like WTF what kind of shit is that seriously! I will never in my years of living in this area order food from this papa John's again. I spent 42$ on everything and it was all shit. A total disappointment

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza through Doordash, because I had $5 off. Usually we don't have any issues when we order directly from Papa Johns App- but regardless, it shouldn't make any difference if you call in your order, order via the Papa John's app or through a 3rd party vendor like Doordash - quality & consistency, along with great customer service, are the only reasons any establishment has repeat or regular customers. Without any of those 3 standards CONSISTENTLY in place, your customers will simply choose another location or go to a competitor. Tonight, as mentioned above, I ordered the same pizza we always get the Epic stuffed crust pizza, except when I received our order, it was just a regular pizza with regular crust and NO Epic stuffed crust, no extra Alfredo sauce, entire pizza was dry and I'm not sure why, but everytime we order it's like they run a plastic knife through to slice the pizza so we have to slice it ourselves, which isn't the end of the world, but still an inconvenience and the only reason anyone orders pizza delivery, is for the convenience, quality, consistency and great customer service- all of which, unfortunately, this location failed to uphold their standards. I contacted Doordash to let them know & ask for a redelivery but they offered me $5 in credits for a $23 order, so then I tried calling the location directly 4 times. Each time or rather the first 3 times I called, they picked up the phone & immediately hung up so I called the 4th time & they just let it ring until the call dropped as they have no voicemail box apparently.Is appreciate it if store management or the corporate office would give me a call to discuss and resolve these issues, not just for me, but also for the Brand and for this location that failed to provide even a decent experience tonight, to ensure they are upholding Brand Standards and SOPs. As I said before, we usually don't have any issues with this location and I'd hate to see a drop in sales over easily avoidable mistakes which everyone can learn from. Thanks.

Anytime we want a pizza, we come here. We love your pizza. But today, I ordered a medium cheese pizza and 8 pc garlic parmesan wings. The pizza was good, and the wings were good, too, but they were so small and just 6 pc instead of 8 pc

Seems that the app defaults to cash on delivery orders. I accidentally ordered before switching my preference to credit. Called the store and asked if I could cancel my order and create a new one with accurate payment method. The employee or manager that answered was very kind, patient, and helpful. She offered to make the changes for me and was delightful to talk to. Customer service like this is so rare these days, I know this person was busy and had a million things going on at once but she took her time to not only take care of my issue that was completely my fault, she chose to act with kindness and professionalism. Wish I would have gotten her name to add to this review. Thank you!

I haven't gone to pick up pizza in person in quite a long time but I went yesterday to get my order and the staff was so welcoming! They greeted me as I entered, gave service with a smile and even asked me to check my order and make sure they had included my garlic butter. The pizzas were perfectly cooked and all of the toppings were just right. I found it pleasantly refreshing to see such high quality service, it really does make all the difference! I'll be picking up orders more often and hopefully they can keep up the good work!
