This is the second time in a row that I have ordered pizza from here and when picking it up not a single employee is wearing a hair net or hat. The lady that took payment was making pizzas came and worked the register and then went right back to making pizza without washing her hands. I asked the employee about hair nets and she noted she doesn't wear one because she has her hair tied back. What about the other employees? Pretty sure it is a health standard to wear a hat or hair net while preparing food. With so many pizza places around think we will again stop ordering from Papa Johns.

Don’t waste your time just get your pizza somewhere else.

Papa John’s Pizza never disappoints! Their pizzas are consistently delicious, with fresh ingredients and the perfect balance of sauce and toppings. But the desserts are the real hidden gems—especially the brownies, cookies, and cinnamon rolls. The brownie is rich, fudgy, and indulgent, while the chocolate chip cookie is perfectly baked, chewy, and warm. And don’t get me started on the cinnamon rolls—they’re soft, gooey, and covered in just the right amount of sweet icing. Truly the perfect finish to any meal. Highly recommend!

I order from this store pretty regularly and that's why I gave it a two stars.
I ordered a regular crust, extra sauce with the Parm Crust.
They messed up the pizza and gave me a thin crust. They realized the mistake when I was standing in the store. Instead of asking if I'd be ok with it or asking if I'd wait for it to be made right. They tried to cover it up by added cold parm sauce to the edge of the pizza and sent me on my way.
Just ask next time. I am more than willing to wait for it to be redone. :)

Where’s the rest of the ingredients? I ordered a 3-topping pizza with extra cheese. This isn’t it! This pizza is missing some stuff. I brought this to the attention of the person at the front counter. He basically told me that they had been putting “too much” on the pizza in the past and Papa John’s is retraining them to correct that. I won’t be going back to this or probably any other Papa John’s.
So disappointed. I ordered a delivery special and forgot to change to delivery . Tried calling store and no response, just getting hung up on. They’ve already charged my card, mind you. So frustrating because the food is pretty decent, but the customer service is not. will not be ordering from here any more.
