The pizza and service were decent, but I was a bit concerned about the cleanliness of the place. Some areas seemed untidy, which affected my overall experience. I hope the team can focus more on maintaining a cleaner environment for customers.
Papa John’s Pizza never disappoints! Their pizzas are consistently delicious, with fresh ingredients and the perfect balance of sauce and toppings. But the desserts are the real hidden gems—especially the brownies, cookies, and cinnamon rolls. The brownie is rich, fudgy, and indulgent, while the chocolate chip cookie is perfectly baked, chewy, and warm. And don’t get me started on the cinnamon rolls—they’re soft, gooey, and covered in just the right amount of sweet icing....
Where’s the rest of the ingredients? I ordered a 3-topping pizza with extra cheese. This isn’t it! This pizza is missing some stuff. I brought this to the attention of the person at the front counter. He basically told me that they had been putting “too much” on the pizza in the past and Papa John’s is retraining them to correct that. I won’t be going back to this or probably any other Papa John’s.
