Literally the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Literally can’t get an order right to save their lives. Delivery is always late. Forgot half my order last week. Freezing cold half cooked pizza this week. This place is abysmal.

Total trash. Got pizza cold. Ordered 2 liter of Pepsi and got 4 bottles of Pepsi zero. Not delivered by papa John’s driver. Tried to call to give them a chance to correct the problems with my order but they kept ignoring my calls. I will never order papa John’s again and I do not recommend this store. Like I said at the beginning total trash. $5 delivery fee and I have a $5 tip. I guess I learned a valuable lesson about customer service today.

I made an order 2 hours ago. I called the first hour, and they said they had one driver and that my order was next. I called 40 minutes later, and they said that my order was on the way. I asked for some complimentary items since it takes 2 hours to get a pizza to my house, and the guy on the phone said, "I am not the only one waiting." I said, "Please cancel my order as that response is so rude and unprofessional." I got hung up on, so I didn't know if my order was canceled. I called back to talk to the manager, and a guy answered and said he was the manager. He hesitated to say his name and even asked why I asked for his name. At the end, he said his name was Mike. What kind of customer service is this? The customer is always right! I would have been happy with, "I am sorry we are having difficulties since I only have one driver. Can I give you a free pizza the next time you order?" Instead, I had to call Domino's to get a new order started. This is so disappointing. I really like Papa John's pizza, but they have lost a customer for life.

I would literally rather eat my own shoe than ever order from this location. Consistently horrible customer service and the last 3 times we’ve ordered they are either short staffed and our pizza is an hour+ late or they “never received our order”. Go ANYWHERE but here.

Order some pizza for a corporate event and the pizza was amazing! I was greeted by the general manager, Kelly who was so sweet and helpful. This was my best Papa John’s experience ever. The place was so clean and fresh. Great job to Kelly and team, I was forever visit this location!
Pizza was good and ready fast. Sauced wings were a total disappointment, as they barely had any sauce. Place is kind of run down but the staff is nice.

I’ve been ordering pizza from them for the past year almost every other two fridays, but today! Like always I order the specialty one with the pizza crust and one topping (& which I always order with black olives, and I usually end up paying $19 with delivery included, but I wasn’t notify on the phone as I was ordering the specialty pepperoni crust, that the specialty pizza is no longer in the menu, and when the driver arrive, I found out that I had to pay extra! So I called them upset asking why? and then hung up cause I was embarrassed that the driver was outside in the cold waiting for me to pay the extra money that I was not notified at first! But what got me to write this review is when they had the nerve to call me back just to say that they “were going to give me a discount” but not anymore. What are we in middle school to childish threat people on the phone??!!! Like what’s the point you calling me back for? Anyway! Burnt pizza for $25+ ?
