Service and food were excellent! Air conditioning was out and it very warm inside.

The overall experience is good. The pizza sauce is too sweet for my taste, it reminded me of school cafeteria pizza. The whole thing had a hint of nostalgia.

We are originally from the Chicago area. It's difficult to find good pizza in a similar style to the thin crust style we have come to love, especially with an Italian sausage topping. (Can't even find that frozen in the grocery stores here in Texas) Our first experience with Papa Murphy's was in Frisco Texas back in 2006. We had some of the local pizzas, and none were very good. One day I saw the Papa Murphy's thinking it was like other places where you take it home hot. Not so! You bake it yourself. So.. we tried it, and it was excellent. Once we had tried it, we never ordered from the Pizza Hut or other local places again. When we moved back to the Elgin Illinois area, we had Papa Murhpy's a few times, but it was about a 30 minute drive from my house, and we had multiple excellent choices locally, so we only picked one up if we were in the area. When we moved to the Houston/Conroe area, we were once again faced with mostly poor pizza choices. The local Papa Murphy's in Conroe had closed probably during the pandemic. Yesterday, my wife was in the Spring area, so she stopped by and picked up 2 pizzas, one cheese regular crust, and a Sausage thin crust. Both were excellent. In reading the reviews of this location, it recently has new owners, so some of the poor reviews in the past probably don't apply. If you are not familiar with the concept, they use fresh ingredients, and assemble the pizza on oven ready cooking trays with cooking instructions. Unlike many pizza chains, they use whole milk mozzarella cheese that they shred daily, along with fresh shredded provolone and cheddar that goes on top of the mozzarella. The sauce has a great texture, and has a hint of sweetness. They also make the dough fresh daily, and the crusts are also very good. While this pizza may not quite be up to the very best in the Chicago are, it's really close. This is about 25 minutes from my home, but it's not far out of the way for my wife to grab a pizza on the way home from her work. Based on that we will definitely be visiting this store more often.

Great though wasn't expecting our to be a bake at home pizza. Partly on us but I feel like it could be clearer for first time customers as well. But the pizza was great once we baked it.

This better be the best pizza in town. My wife is have a get together tonight. Ordered online at 12pm sent me to pick up at 6pm. They have not made the pizzas. An I really hate the answer of oh something wrong with the online. But you found it in 30 seconds... But what I hate the most is you think by giving me free stuff is gonna make it better. Well not be coming back to this location.

Stopped in yesterday for a couple of pizzas. We always enjoy their pizza and don’t mind the take and bake concept. The person working there was not very friendly or working with any sense of urgency. I will credit him for telling me we had a free cheese bread that would expire soon so we tried it. Very, very greasy. It was free but we would never order it again and wouldn’t go back to this location

Disappointed in quality of pizza. Have always enjoyed papa Murphy pizza in Oregon but the quality just isn't here, have tried twice, doubt we will go again
