Phat Eatery Woodlands

Had eaten at the Katy Asia Town location so wanted to try this spot closer to home. Food was great as expected. Service was a little slower considering it was 1:00 on a Thursday, but overall still very delicious food!

Just fabulous. We are from out of town, and this restaurant was recommended to us by some locals. It was absolutely worth it! The food is generous portions, the atmosphere and the vibe were really positive. The server was really helpful in helping us make food and drink decisions. We would absolutely come back!

Loved loved loved everything about this resturant!! The atmosphere was very modern, simple, and open. The staff were friendly and offered a lot of great recommendations on food options. The food was phenomenal and the best part of the experience. Will be coming back here again! Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun dining experience.

I’m from Malaysia and I ordered food here yesterday for takeout. They were very prompt and everything was good. I especially liked the mee goreng, kueh teow, Malaysian fried rice and the sizzling tofu. My non Malaysian friends really enjoyed the food too. The atmosphere and ambience seemed really nice too although we didn’t eat there but we will probably go back and eat at the restaurant soon. It’s a nice building with a huge parking lot.

Please bring one to the DFW area.

So excited to see Phat in the woodlands but man oh man, if you’re Asian, prepare to be ignored.
Sat there for 4 other tables get drinks and order food before I decided to walk out.

In town on a trip and discovered Phat. Made a point to stop again on another trip! Great relaxing atmosphere, EXCELLENT service and DELICIOUS food. Servers were friendly and very attentive. Food came out quick and you will NOT leave hungry!

We went for a team dinner and the experience was really good. Good food, helpful staff and had a huge variety of food. The calamari was really fresh and tasted good. The best part was that it is authentic Malaysian cuisine.

They don't rush you when ordering, staff let you take time to decide what you want

As a Malaysian, if you travel abroad, out of blue you will start to remember the taste of Malaysian food, and I would say this place might satisfy that cravings.

The roti canai is the best. Not because we are really hungry but it’s really satisfying and meet our expectations.

Ikan bakar? Where else can you see the word “ikan bakar” in a menu in Houston? I might not travel a lot in Houston, but from all places I’ve been, this is really interesting approach to engage people to test out what is “ikan bakar”! The way it’s being grilled is the same in Malaysia with sambal. It’s good!

Kangkung with belacan? It’s just ok for me.

Sweet shrimp, I like it. The taste is just like how my mom makes it.

With white rice, it’s just like you are in tomyam restaurant back in Malaysia. Now, if it has “telur dadar” in its menu, that will complete the list of Malaysian food.

It’s also has “Malaysia Milk Tea” but it’s too sweet for me.. the taste of tea is lost in that sweetness .. but it’s ok because where else can you get beverage that has sweet condensed milk?

Only if they offer hot teh tarik during this winter season, that will be nice 😄.

My wife and I went on Saturday night. There were about a dozen tables in there so not very busy.
My wife got the curry laksa and the passion orange guava juice. I got the Malaysian curry chicken. Everything was amazing! It was enough to feed 4 but perfect for us for lunch the next day.
We're looking forward to going back and trying some new things
