The portions here are incredibly small. I ordered a large P6 (brisket & meatball pho) & was disappointed that I could pick up the entire contents of the meal with just a pair of chop sticks. If you’re looking to be full, Dragon Bowl on the other side of 45 will serve you better. Sushi Masa just across the parking lot will give you all you can eat sushi for just a bit more than an appetizer & main course here. With that being said, the wait staff here are friendly, the broth was quite tasty & the atmosphere appears welcoming. Good spot to act as a “3rd space”, however you will likely find yourself spending quite a bit of money & with economic times like these I find that most likely won’t.

Walked in before close at 8:25 and was refused service. Hours on google and door show open till 9pm. I understand if I was closer to closing but it wasn’t in my book.

Don't get the fried egg, they overcook it

There are many Vietnamese pho restaurants in Houston. The portion of meat in this restaurant is relatively large, and the soup is a bit salty and sweet, but the texture of the pho is pretty good.

The beef inside is very special. There is a bone-in steak, which is not seen in other Vietnamese pho restaurants. The bone-in steak is the essence of everything!

The chili sauce is not the ordinary Rooster brand, which is a bit disappointing!

Choose your own seating. Server greeted and came by quickly to take order. Ordered grilled beef banh mi sandwich, Pho filet mignon with brisket and hot tea. The French baguette was the crispiest and flakiest banh mi bread I've ever had. Not as flaky as a croissant, but lighter and less chewy than others I've had. Pho broth was clean and flavorful. Garnishes were fresh. Hot green tea came in a mug that was large enough that I didn't need a refill. Service was attentive as the two personnel in front of house worked cashier as well as tables. Pleasant light piano music was on the sound system. Did not use restroom so no comment on that. Restaurant was bright and clean inside.

Vegetarian options: Only five options on menu. Spring roll, egg roll, banh mi, rice plate, veggie vermicelli bowl. Didn't ask about other items or substitutions

I'm so disappointed writing this, as I enjoyed this place very much. When they first opened, they prided themselves on not using MSG, and I continued coming here, even after price hikes, trusting there was so no MSG. However today in my to-go Pho bowl, I found a black, curly hair! I was unable to finish my meal. Also their to-go service is hit or miss sometimes. They don't always provide an accurate pick-up time, so I order in advance and wait a little longer than I normally would to pickup.

I’ve tried many spring rolls from a lot of Vietnamese restaurants and these were definitely on the top of the list! Me and my gf had Pho bowls with brisket and filet mignon and IT DIDNT disappoint! Also, their large pho bowls are big as****!!!
Service was great and restrooms were clean. Lots of parking space as well.

I came in for a late lunch and was greeted and seated quickly. The menu is thoroughly packed with food, all easy to understand ingredients and meals. The server got my drink order as soon as I sat down, and my food order shortly after. The Pho is phenomenal, I got Filet Mignon add shrimp, and it’s the best pho I’ve ever had. They bring plenty of bean sprouts, lime, chilis, and cilantro. The broth was so delicious, the noodles were cooked perfectly, the onion was the perfect amount, and the protein was well spiced and delicious. Best Pho in the Woodlands, hands down!

Parking: There are a few directly out front, and then rows and rows just past that.

This may have been an off day, idk. I can say the past reviews are wrong. The food was absolutely horrible. The spring rolls were obviously old, both the noodles and rice were mushy
I can never eat here again
