Very rude when you call. They didn’t deliver half of my order and when I tried to call and retrieve my missing items the associate spoke over me and had an attitude. No remorse, I felt like I just had to “deal with it” it is what it is.

We ordered delivery through the app. We expected a Pizza Hut delivery employee to deliver our pizza, instead they sent our three pizzas with Door Dash. We recieved our pizza shifted to one side, squished, the toppings on each other. There is a reason we don't use Door Dash. We are very pissed.

Couldn't order delivery through the app even though my address is deliverable if I call the order in. Ordered one of their new tavern style pizzas. It looked more like a tossed salad than a pizza when it arrived. Also ordered fried cheese sticks. Horrible! No crunch or flavor. Couldn't even eat them. Delivery guy seemed cool. **Update** Someone, not from the store, reached out to me about this. I sent her some information and she forwarded it to the store itself. Guess what my friends, the store couldn't care less as I haven't heard a thing. I'm not surprised. When a business owner has an opportunity to provide good customer service and chooses not to, I figure they have their reasons. I hope they shut down before they disappoint more customers.

I ordered delivery and was not happy with the products and condition in which I received my order. Took it back to the store and spoke with the manager and started by telling him that until yesterday this was the best Pizza Hut I’d ever ordered from. He apologized and corrected my order. He didn’t argue with me or make any excuses. I will continue to order from this location. Thank you Jessie for your exceptional customer service.

If I can give zero stars I would. It was raining so my wife and I ordered a deal with one pizza and boneless wings... Well we got the pizza no wings! So we called the lady told us to go up there because that's the only way the manager can do a refund. Well she got there and they told her they can't do it they will process it that night.... Well still NO refund processing!!! So she will go there today. I understand if y'all forgot something because the general manager left his shift leader to work all day by herself I understand because I'm a general manager of a restaurant too but for my wife to go up there like y'all said and y'all still did not process the refund is beyond me! Definitely pick a different pizza place because I know we will not go here again!

They always burn the cheese pizzas. Then the guy on the phone is so rude and says “ok bring it” in the most sarcastic way. Then when I bring it they can’t do anything about it since it’s opened

Using Door Dash for deliveries makes the order received not fresh or hot. We ordered extra cheese but what we received was regular and tasted just “okay” but is not what was ordered or expected.

Food burn, sloppy and not edible. Call the store no answer. I was told they had phone issues. Drove to the location and the manager would not refund my money. He asked that take a store or web credit. I wanted my money back the way I gave it. This is not acceptable customer service. I will not be purchasing from them again. Not recommended ☹️
