Quality has gone down since they outsourced their drivers to door dash. Food arrives cold and their customer service is unresponsive

This is my go-to Pizza Hut location. The staff here are not only very friendly but they always deliver food with consistent quality. I can’t say the same for all Pizza Hut locations, but this one is great. Nowadays I rather drive for a couple more miles extra to get my pizza from this location.

I ordered here bc it was the closest to my house.i ordered during a normal meal time, around 630, and they weren't busy at all. I walked in and waited about 5 minutes before someone came to the front. One pizza had so many mushrooms, the smell alone was making me nauseous and the pizza dough was still raw. I tried removing a majority of the mushrooms and putting it the air fryer, but it wasn't able to be saved. The chicken wings were barely sauced and tasted old and the bread sticks were burned. save yourself don't order here!!!

Ordered 18 pizzas and 96 wings for a graduation party. Specified a pick-up time 15 minutes prior to party start the night before so the pizza would be hot when guests arrive...now it's 40 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time and I'm still waiting with a house full of guests. There's only one person working having to wait on the counter and make the pizzas. Pizza Hut corporation please pull the shop's franchise. They're ruining the Pizza Hut name (and my party).

They just give the food you pay for to random people that walk into the store and say they’re with DoorDash. I just worked a long shift and ordered my pizza at like 10:30, didn’t find out until almost midnight that my order was canceled and they were not remaking it. Pitiful service at this location yall should be disappointed. Sad I can’t even rate the food since it never showed up. What kind of a manager doesn’t contact someone before canceling their order? Why can’t yall just have normal delivery drivers, we’re with the cheapness these days.
Pizza was good. Unfortunately the driver who delivered it was very grumpy. Kinda ruined the whole meal.

Very rude when you call. They didn’t deliver half of my order and when I tried to call and retrieve my missing items the associate spoke over me and had an attitude. No remorse, I felt like I just had to “deal with it” it is what it is.

We ordered delivery through the app. We expected a Pizza Hut delivery employee to deliver our pizza, instead they sent our three pizzas with Door Dash. We recieved our pizza shifted to one side, squished, the toppings on each other. There is a reason we don't use Door Dash. We are very pissed.
