Total failure!!! Ordered pizza and selected paying with cash….Driver shows up with the pizza and ZERO change. Sorry but I’m not tipping $20. I called the store to work it out and was told by the “manager” Im not the driver so I don’t know and there are worse things happening in the world than your pizza. WHAT?!?!?! Never again!!

I placed an order for delivery, and it took over an hour and a half with still no delivery. It took 5 phone calls and got hung up on to just canceling the order. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. It is a joke of a location and needs to be looked into by corporate.

My order wasn't ready when I got there and when they did bring it out lt wasn't what I had ordered and it look like they rusted it through the oven it wasn't cooked so I had to make them put it back in the oven again

DO NOT COME HERE! I ordered a 18 piece medium wings special it came out to be $31.28. I got to the location to pick up my order and asked for 1 ranch, he told me it would be $1.06. I was in disbelief because why spend so much money and it comes with absolutely no ranch. I paid for 2 ranch. When I got home happily ready to eat there were only drums and 2 flats. I'm disappointed.

We ordered a thin crust pizza and we got a regular crust pizza we ordered bacon cheese filled sticks and we got cheese sticks. We ordered cinnamon sticks and we got Lil apple pies.We didn’t get anything right that we ordered and waited for forever to get it. We were completely dissatisfied with this Delivery

Update: The past two years this place has gone down hill! Every time I give it another try because my wife loves their cheese, they always disappoint! Never add the extra cheese I pay for and always arrives dry like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp! And the prices have increase but the quality have decrease! Fool me can’t get fooled again! Never again.I have been ordering from this location for 5 years and have NEVER had an issue with my order and always on time, whether pickup or delivery. I don't know what these other people are whining about! Love this Pizza Hut!
