Good pizza. Horrible service. Delivery? Forget it. The past two times they have said our pizza was delivered. And it wasn’t. This second time it arrived an hour after the tracker said it was delivered. I tried to call them to find out food- but the phones were down, which meant customer service had no way of knowing what had happened either.

The last few times I have ordered from this store the order has taken well over an hour to get to my house. The app will tell you it’s already been delivered and the order will be nowhere to be found. Tonight I ordered a pizza and cheese sticks at 6:23 - it said it was delivered at 7:10 - I called they said it would be delivered at 7:38 - At 7:45 I get a text from a DoorDash driver saying he’s waiting for my order at the store. The store also asked him to take another order and wait for that one to be done before they delivered mind. Do not order here if you can help it. Save yourself the headache.

Update: I emailed them almost 2 weeks ago, per their response below and have yet to hear back from anyone. This store is a joke.
We ordered the “big dinner box with pasta” we did not receive the big box but instead 2 round pizzas, a single serving of pasta, and breadsticks. The breadsticks were barely cut through, the pasta should have been at least 2 servings and the pizzas were terrible. The one in the picture looks like a piece was cut out of it or something and “put back together”. The pieces did not line up as if it had just been shook up a little but actually some pieces missing. And the other pizza’s crust just wasn’t pan like it was supposed to be. So many issues with this order. We tried to call and no answer at the store, just the call center. I chatted with someone through the app and they wanted to give us 3 free pizzas but we requested a refund instead because we will not be ordering from this location again. Also, the people in the store were just rude when we picked up our order.

The store has gone completely downhill over the years. Waited at the counter longer than I should have before finally ringing the bell to get someone to come. This was after making eye contact with the worker upon entering the store. Thin crust pizza was stuck to the box and undercooked. Another pizza had toppings thrown on as an afterthought. Customer service person I called said they have to get back to me to provide a refund in a few days. I'm done.
Update: I was asked to email them, but there is still no response to resolve the issue as of 8/8/2025. So, I have both spoken to a customer service representative and emailed twice with no success.

Save your money!! Never got our pizza so wouldn’t know how the food was. Phone number doesn’t go to the store. Tried calling and got passed around so guess what? We’re disputing the credit card transaction, never referring anyone here if anything speaking badly about it and never ordering again. Hopefully this location will close.

This is just sorry! Sorry service sorry management EVERYTHING IS JUSY SORRY. I asked for customer service number to make a complaint and the manager refused to give me the number. I asked for two Myhutboxes (which i did not receive) manager still gave me the wings and fries which looks like they have been sitting elsewhere all day long. THIS IS SORRY SERVICE!

Great location- I order a thin crust pepperoni with light sauce and it always comes out perfectly. They don’t skim on the cheese or pepperonis either!
Total failure!!! Ordered pizza and selected paying with cash….Driver shows up with the pizza and ZERO change. Sorry but I’m not tipping $20. I called the store to work it out and was told by the “manager” Im not the driver so I don’t know and there are worse things happening in the world than your pizza. WHAT?!?!?! Never again!!

I placed an order for delivery, and it took over an hour and a half with still no delivery. It took 5 phone calls and got hung up on to just canceling the order. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. It is a joke of a location and needs to be looked into by corporate.

My order wasn't ready when I got there and when they did bring it out lt wasn't what I had ordered and it look like they rusted it through the oven it wasn't cooked so I had to make them put it back in the oven again
