This is on 20051-I-45 spring tx they are very rude will talk about you while you are on the phone and then send you to the recording very unprofessional i see why they have a 2.5 rating I suggest you order on the on Rayford rd do not order from this place
Cashier was not friendly and even though I had chose curbside delivery and called the store when I arrived, I still needed to walk inside to get my food and felt as if the cashier was angry because I made her do her job.
Parking: Parking is in front of store location but there is other businesses on the strip that share the same parking lot.

I just got home to a pizza that I can count the cheese on it one pizza was ok the other has all most no cheese on and for 32$ ... It's crazy I love pizza hut. I only order pizza hut you guys let me down .14hr shift and all want was a good pizza I don't feel like driving back it raining 😔😭 I have pictures of the pizza .ps pls do better thank you 🙏😀

The reason this one has such bad reviews was clearly management. I called after a wrong pizza in the order and a woman told me I'd have to bring it back to get a replacement (for their error). And then proceeds to put me on hold for 10 minutes. I finally gave up and called back and she answered "Pizza Hut" and I asked for the manager. "Yeah that's me." I recognized her voice and told her she had me on hold for 10 minutes "oh yeah sorry." Then after all that found out it was a different PH it was delivered from, but she couldn't tell me the number or where. The Kuykendal location was a nice guy manager who said I absolutely didn't have to return it, he resent the correct one. But I have made a note to self to never order from this location! Yikes.

Worst place and worst manager EVER!! They continuously send the wrong thing or completely substitute and won't even take the time to call and ask you if it's okay. Tonight they cancelled my order without telling me and just didn't show up, probably because they are always out of everything!!! Ridiculous!!!
They forgot the pesto sauce on my pizza. Also, and I’m just splitting hairs here, the pizza is cold. I understand that pizza has to cool off after it’s come out of the oven, but come on. It was like someone cancelled their order and the workers just decided “well even though it’s been sitting out for a bit, let’s just give it to another customer”.
Update: literally everyone in my house has food poisoning now. We thought the pizza tasted a bit bad but we never expected that it would get us sick.

The quality of the food was unsatisfactory, and when I brought an error in one of the items to their attention, they dismissively informed me that it was intentionally prepared that way. It appears that they prioritize making excuses over acknowledging and rectifying their mistakes.

Not going to lie, my experience started off horrible but it was Doordash to blame. After talking to Doordash customer service they said I would be fully refunded and after 5 days that never happened. Went into the store and spoke to the manager Nae and she fixed me right up!
