I’ve tried FIVE different times to like this Pizza Hut since I kept craving it during my pregnancy but it’s absolutely disgusting. The food sucks, the service sucks, the wait times are unreal. It’s safe to say I’m officially over Pizza Hut.

My kiddo loves only one thing from here which is the tavern style cheese pizza. I enjoy the garlic Parmesan wings, bone out and their brownie is too tasty!

TRASH! The whole order was clearly just thrown together without care. One of the pizzas was completely wrong. When I brought it to the attention of the cashier, she said they couldn't fix it.
I’ve only ever eaten in the restaurant. The staff are nice, and the food is always great. I’m giving 3 stars because of the smell in the restaurant. It is awful! I don’t even know what to compare it too. I wish they would get that checked out.

I don’t eat pizza that often anymore but Pizza Hut is one of my guilty pleasures ever since I was a kid. I must say this was the best order I’ve had so far from this location. But I’ve never experienced issues either. Pizza was great It was my first time trying the tavern pizza. I was able to get all the flavor with less calories and I must say I like the crispy edges on the crust. I’m normally a pan pizza, girl. The lemon pepper wings were perfectly cooked and the best ones I’ve had from any location in the past couple years. No grease just crispy deliciousness. My delivery guys from this location are always super friendly and courteous as well. Great job guys.

This place is trash. Tried calling this store to make changes to our order and some outside source answered the phone then you have to be transferred to the store which never picks up. Avoid this place at all cost. I’ll never spend another dime here

Pizza is usually good but this store is quite possibly one of the worst locations. Definitely done ordering from this location until they can get it together.
We ordered the new cheesy bites pizza with the ranch trio and some other stuff. Everything came correct but we didn’t get the sauces we paid for. We looked at the ranch trio and all 3 cups were only filled maybe a quarter or less. It was barely enough for 1 slice of pizza. I called and was transferred to some call center where they couldn’t offer me a refund only a store credit or to have them bring the sauces back out. I didn’t want credit since we don’t usually order from Pizza Hut and hate this location so got the sauces re delivered which took about 35-40 minutes. The ranch trio was still barely filled, filled only a quarter of the way in already tiny cups. I understand running low on stuff but if you’re running low, call the customer and tell them and ask if they’d like a refund for the low sauces or ask if they’d like a different sauce. The first time we ordered and picked up from this store, my husband waited inside for almost an hour while they made our single pizza (that we ordered before heading to the store).
