The pizza has always been ready for pickup when I arrive, especially since I place my order @ home, then leave right away to pick it up.Parking: There are at least 6 -8 parking spots in front of the business.

I do NOT appreciate employees preparing food without hair nets or gloves,1 of your employees wiped her nose in her lower arm.Keep thinking the whole time while I am waiting..should I walk and get something at home.Regretfuly I spent 30$.not coming again.Till management does something about it,health depth or common sense.

Took 2 hrs said they didn’t have a delivery driver one was supposed to be coming in. I cancelled my order and still have not gotten my money back. Getting pissed and now no one will answer the fn what phone.

Employees obviously don’t care at all. They’re arguing in the back and cursing about food not being done. Waited FOREVER and they were mad I asked for an update. Don’t go here

What a horrible experience!!! We have been ordering from Pizza Hut for years. Lots of money spent on birthday orders, will definitely not order from them anymore!!!! Placed an order over an hour ago for pizza but still not delivered! When you call, you get connected to a so called manager who has no information regarding any of this! He repeatedly says sorry but offers no help. Says times are just an estimate and can take much longer!!! Still waiting and it’s over an hour and no pizza ! Embarrassing!!!!!
Don't waste your time with this store. When you call your order in you're connected to a call center that is apparently quoting different delivery times from what the store shows, according to the store manager at least. On top of that my last order was 30 minutes late even though it got dispatched, get this, 30 minutes before it arrived. And forget about trying to call and talk to someone. I spoke to the store manager when I was trying to figure out how much longer my pizza was going to be, and all I managed to get was that my order was dispatched almost 30 minutes ago and a bunch of finger pointing at theircall center. I was just calling for a status update, but I kind of expected at least an "im sorry" or something given how late it was.I'll just stick to marcos from now on.

This particular location has the worst customer service probably in North America. Not only they are delayed on their deliveries, they literally have no remorse for their customers. The local staff is never helpful and always tries to connect you to corporate customer service, which is a mess in its own.

Worst Pizza , pizza was like a frozen pizza . I ordered 8 boneless wings and only 6 came with the order.Better Shut the store .. I am not going there anymore. This is the second time.

ordered food hour before closing they took my order i even called to tell them what apt # i was in waited for my pizza they closed took my money and didn’t even let me know that they wasn’t bringing my stuff . just crazy do better
