If I could leave negative stars I would. When I realized I placed my order at the wrong location I called and cancelled but was still charged. I called customer service to let them know and got a BS answer that no one was available to help me at the store but I would be contacted in 3 business days. 3 wks later I still have not received a call email or my money!!!

Never had any issues at this location. I like using the drive-thru to quickly pickup my orders.

The order we received was incorrect. We tried calling the store but you get redirected to a customer support line. After sitting on hold with support for over 5 minutes, they transferred us to the store to get our issue addressed. The stores line rang for sometime and we were hung up on. Disappointing there isn’t a way to reach the store for issues with orders.

Worst pizza hut Ben the asst manager was rude cursed at me and flipped me off he is so unprofessional. His team and him kept making mistakes on my order and he was upset that he had to redo it. I would not recommend this pizza hut location on louetta and kuykendahl to anyone. If i could rate a 0 I would do just that. Beware of this location!!

Ordered breadsticks a few minutes ago they were taste brunt because they were burn at the bottom. Worker needs to be trained on how to make bread. Didn’t have time to go back because I was on my lunch.

The person that they put in charge in my order, I believe his name was John when I opened the box I put light sauce. It was overflowing with sauce, no vegetables in the order that had vegetables in it hardly any meat when I asked for it to be made, he looked at me like OK whatever then I said well I’ll just take a refund. He was like OK whatever horrible Guest Service never once offered to remake the order or anything. Then when I tried to call the store, he gave them my number which they could see for tracking and they refuse to answer the call since this is being done on a holiday. I will be calling Dominic Tomorrow to let them know how I was Treated

The food here is horrible, like it's not pizza hut anymore, it's some foriegn version of of pizza hut, I think even target has better pizza hut. I'm not ever going to tolerate this level of food quality ad acceptable, but I'd never wish or allow anything better for this area and or these people.

Our food took over 30 minutes from the time it was picked up to get to us. Food was warm at best. Our order was wrong. This isn't the first time we've had this issue. I don't think giving them delivery business anymore makes sense.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! i was trying to order the Triple Treat Box which comes with two medium sized pizzas, breadsticks, and a dessert. the workers told me that it only comes with three pizzas. i showed them what it all comes with FROM THEIR WEBSITE and the lady had an attitude and told another worker “yall gonna have to help them, im not even clocked in yet” with the ugliest attitude. so i turned my butt around, left, & ordered at another pizza hut not too far from this location and they were able to place my order with no issues :)
thanks for nothing you grumpy people. seems like there needs to be more training done at this location. i see why everyone is giving them 1 star. order elsewhere!

I order online when i got to the window server handed me the receipt and pen to sign I signed but left no tips i felt they hold my order for over 50 minutes because it was cold and soggy..they should not spect tips for pick up orders.

Absolutely Disgusted
I picked up my order from Pizza Hut, only to find a dead fly inside the box when I opened it at home. I was horrified and immediately contacted their escalation team, expecting some sort of resolution. Instead of addressing the issue, they brought up that this “wasn’t my first complaint” (which, by the way, shouldn’t matter when there’s a fly in my food!) and told me they wouldn’t refund my money unless I physically came to the store.
Why should I have to go back to the store to fix their disgusting mistake? The lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. This experience was absolutely revolting, and their customer service made it even worse. Save yourself the trouble and order from literally anywhere else.
