I was greeted by Brandalin i believe was her name her energy and smile was warm and welcoming she made the minis perfectly they was soft the frozen hot chocolate was blended right with no clumps of ice

Placed an order at 9:05am and didn’t get everything until 9:56am. During this time I saw 3 refunds due to long wait times. The two girls working (were very nice) but looked completely overwhelmed with everything. They had about 7 or 8 orders until they started actually making the food. No sense of urgency while making the food and then they were then making the orders in the wrong order (making customers orders who had just ordered, instead of the customers who have been waiting) It was very frustrating unfortunately.

Great coffee , but not the best coffee shop if you're looking for fast coffee on the way to work. The wait time was terribly long.I got there at 7:28 ordered beignets and coffee, 13 minutes later and I was still waiting.

So for the 3rd time I have had an issue with the time it takes to get Beignets. Today I ordered at 9.30, at 9.45 have had my iced drinks for 10 mins but no Beignets. I could see them being given to people doing drive through. I went and asked the lovely young lady how much longer, she said oh we only have 1 machine and it is going to be another 10 minutes or so!!!!! I politely said that if it was know that the wait was going to be 25-30 minutes they should inform customers when ordering so we have the choice. I got a refund as I had somewhere to be and would not have ordered them if I had known. A training tip, tell customers and let them choose rather than get frustrated.

10/10!! The customer service here is unmatched. Both my food and drink were flavorful! P.S. They have real King Cakes! This is my new coffee shop.

I've been coming here for about a year and love the vibe, the coffee is the best ever! The young ladies that great me in the early morning are a ray of sunshine with a smile. Recently however, some things have changed. The advertised drinks couldn't be made, on more than one occasion, no pumpkin flavor? No Banana Foster? Odd, if these are your drink specials, why are they not available to be made? Even some other items couldn't be made due to no product/ flavoring, or broken machines. Also, a few of the regular drinks do not taste the same. I can't say exactly what it is, but maybe it's not the same cream, the same milk, I'm not sure. I then recently learned of a new manager and new owners. I'll give you a while before returning. You need to truly bring back the products PJs it's known for. And stop cutting corners. I'll miss my sweet morning Barista, but I'll stop by to say hi when I can. Keep smiling

Driving in from Houston to go to a work meeting at the George H W Bush Community Center yesterday and was in need of coffee before the meeting. Let me tell you as I walked the baristas greeted me with a Good Morning then took my order. As I waited for my delicious Honey Oat Milk Iced Latte I was amazed that the set up and the sound of Louie Armstrong made the atmosphere feel so amazing. Thank you for making my 1st visit to PJs enjoyable.

The pastries were fresh and flaky (the croissant is a must-try!) and paired beautifully with the coffee. The shop itself is cozy, with plenty of seating and little corners for reading, working, or just unwinding.
