My husband and I used to love coming here. We will not be returning. The last few times we visited this location, our coffee orders were completely wrong and service was extremely slow. Also seemed like the workers were not knowledgeable of their menu. Sucks because we loved this place at one point.

So I was headed to Panera Bread because I needed a chill spot. It was closed permanently so I thought to myself let me check this spot out. Boy was I pleasantly surprised at the vibe. Customer service was “1 million”. My payment wouldn’t go through and the Baristas were so kind. They joked with me and even explained menu items. I decided to get the glazed beignets and I regret not getting 2 big orders. Trust me! They are heaven in your mouth! I have a new coffee shop and study spot thanks to the wonderful service and great beignets! Best 13.25 I’ve ever spent! Thanks ladies! I’ll be back! Y’all made a bad morning great for me! 🥰

Terrible customer service. Got there they were knocking stuff down to grab the tip jar and count tips. Placed my order, asked for cold foam got whipped cream, asked for two drinks same drink one with oat milk one with regular milk, they didn’t tell us which was which. When the girl gave us the drinks she threw the straws at us. We all looked at each other in disbelief, I spoke to the girls informing them they should work on their customer service. Was given my drink leaking all over the place no napkins. Drinks were nasty, will not be returning.

The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. The coffee tastes fresh and smooth every time, and you can really tell they care about quality. Their iced drinks and cold brew are especially good, and the beignets and pastries are a perfect bonus. The staff is always friendly and quick, which makes the whole experience even better. It has that classic New Orleans charm while still feeling modern and comfortable. Definitely a go-to spot if you want consistently great coffee and a cozy vibe. I highly suggest for coffee lovers!

Coffee was great, but no toilet paper in the bathroom. Employee Alex said, Oh, that's the building's bathroom. Was not concerned what customers were going to do. This is the location at 16000 Steubner Airline. Not a good look.

We went when they were having a kids birthday party so they were busy but when we got our drinks they were only 3/4ths full. I didn’t know if that was normal but I looked at the reviews and I’ve seen everyone have full cups! The coffee was good but after 3 sips we were done with it. Just wish they actually filled it up and we waited around 10-15 minutes for 2 coffees

I’ve visited this PJ’s Coffee location four times now… and I’m honestly a bit disappointed. The first time I came in, the seasonal drinks were being advertised, and the Bananas Foster Coffee immediately caught my attention… along with the Wedding Cake flavor. When I went through the drive-thru that day, both were already sold out.
I returned a second time and asked again for the Bananas Foster Coffee, only to be told that the machines were not working. I came back the following week, hopeful once more… and unfortunately, both the Bananas Foster and Wedding Cake seasonal options were still unavailable.
Today—January 10, 2026—this marked my fourth visit specifically hoping to finally try the Bananas Foster Coffee that continues to be advertised. Once again, both seasonal flavors were out of stock. It’s truly disheartening to see items promoted repeatedly without having enough supply available.
While I understand things happen, it’s frustrating because I can get a regular vanilla latte anywhere. These two seasonal flavors were the entire reason for my visits, and sadly, I still haven’t had the chance to try either one.
The staff was friendly and offered alternatives, which I appreciated… but my taste buds were set on something I may never get to taste.

I love Pj's mostly for their new Orleans vibe and beignets. I always go for the same thing. Decaf Carmel machinations with an order of beignets.
Love the comfy coffee house couch vibes

I went here for the first time for a morning coffee earlier today, and I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee, the staff, and the engaging conversation.

God bless and good journey!

The coffee is great but service is soooo slow. Even if you’re the only customer, be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes. I avoid going there due to the expected wait.

Beignets are fantastic! As for atmosphere, trash was overflowing & floors unswept. Need more decaf coffee options.

This was the slowest coffee shop I have ever been to. The staff seemed new but the systems for getting orders out seemed disorganized. Several people that ordered after us received their order before us including people who ordered food when we just had 2 drinks; one iced and a cup of medium roast. They were asking everyone if there order was complete, and of the half dozen orders I saw, none of them were complete the first time including mine. Then my order was still wrong, they fixed it, but it was a completely underwhelming experience.
