As we know all Popeyes are horrible but this place gets worse every day … today the shrimpWasn’t even edible … unless u just want fries u wouldn’t recommend going here … try raising canes …the staff at this Popeyes change every two weeks which is a sign of bad management …also they never check what’s in the order

I live close by so it’s convenient to go to this location but tonight was the last straw. Like what’s the point of doing mobile order and still having to wait 20 mins in drive thru get moved forward and then bring the wrong food just wait more time. The last few times I’ve ordered food is wrong I order spicy and get the classic. I order double fries and only get one with the family meal. Like even the manager isn’t capable of managing a kitchen. I get the young kids are learning but geez they’re so unorganized and inconsistent with orders. I order things online and get to the store just for them to say they don’t have it. They don’t know how to refund so they give us something we don’t want. Hopefully the staff can improve their skills.

Been to this place twice. First time was a few weeks ago they got my order wrong, and they asked me to wait on my food in front of the drive thru and 10 cars had gotten their food ahead of us when they were behind us in line, and this time they gave me 2 small fries instead of the large fries I paid for that are on the receipt and didn’t put my two biscuits in there. Absolutely worst Popeyes ever.

They close the lobby an hour earlier than what their business hours show on the door. I came an hour before close and the doors were locked. I attempted to go through the drive through. They also wouldn’t make my order. They just wanted me to order whatever they had left. If you want to close at 9, just change the hours. If you’re supposed to be open until 10, then actually be open.
