I don't understand the reviews and feel like some balance is needed here.
This place shows 0 effort or care. There is almost never any inventory, and the place looks/feels like a storage room.
Person is very nice, but the prices are of a premium offering in a nice atmosphere, and that is not what this is.
It could be good, if the owner cared enough to do it, but I am not seeing it, so despite being nice, the only reason I come here is because it is nearby. There are other examples of what this should look and feel like in Sugarland, downtown Houston, and in Woodlands.

If you have a taste for ice cream, but looking for something different, try this place out. I brought my whole family and everyone tried something different and they all loved it. We all talked about what we want to try next. The owner is a sweet heart. Due to the hurricane, this place was without power for over a week and they had to throw everything away and they also lost business all those days they couldn't open. Please support this small business and go check them out. You won't regret it!

Popsi Bar is a fantastic find! The gentleman who served us was incredibly genuine and kind, making the experience even more delightful. We tried the Reese's themed ice cream, and it was absolutely incredible! We can't wait to go back and support this wonderful local business. Highly recommend!
