Went through the drive thru at 445 on a Saturday, and they were randomly closed or just not answering the phone or drive thru. Looked dark inside but the door and online says you’re open. Not a person who works here in sight. Annoyed because I’m now late for work cause I waited for someone and I still didn’t get food on my lunch break.
went there today 5/17/25 and there was literally no employees inside the establishment? I was trying to order, me and 3 other customers… for 20 minutes we called for someone, nobody was there but the doors were unlocked. Left hangry, going to the other potbelly.
Amazing service! There was an error for my order but I called and spoke to the manager and he immediately resolved it and went the extra mile which we really appreciated! Highly recommend this location!
I love potbelly and their salads but the one I had yesterday had a little extra item I didn’t want or pay for. I found a strip of plastic mixed in with my greens.

I went up there today ordered a sandwich soup and salad they mess my sandwich all the way up it was burnt and had not the correct meat on it it looks like they ran out of me and just decided to throw whatever on it
Put order in online for pickup, I asked about my order that was suppose to be in box and treated rudely. So I stood there and waited for 5 to 10 minutes for her to get other one customer out the door. Then she handed me a already made bag of food. Mine was only bag there and not on shelf , hot sandwiches all cold. I am done with this store, Jersey Mike's always polite. This is not the first time someone has been rude or snippie. She was actually acting like I was annoying her by just being there. Saturday at 9:20 on 9/25/25.
Horrible staff, and this makes me sad as a mega potbelly’s fan.
Went the other day and will not return to this location. No one in line other than me. Drive through and store were empty.
Upon arriving, I waited a few minutes at speaker before a voice murmured something. Wasn’t sure if she was speaking to me or if it was an accident, so i waited another minute before saying “hello?” in which another unintelligible “greeting” arose.
Pulled up to window after ordering and waited about 5 minutes before anyone came up to me to take payment. After payment, i waited for 11 minute!!! Before anyone came back to the window to hand me my food. As she was handing me my food, she looked me dead in the eye while rolling her eyes and saying something under her breath. I asked if there was a problem, as to which she lifted her earpiece and replied “What? No..?”. She must have either been speaking to someone with a headphone underneath, or she was rolling her eyes to whoever had soon pulled up behind me. Both are unacceptable. Soup was cold. Waited around 5 more minutes until someone realized i was still there to get a refund for my cold soup. Got home to eat my sandwich and it was missing my “double cheese” - in fact, there was no cheese!! And none of the toppings i requested. Just a sad soggy sandwich and a sad girl at home.

Food was delicious, service was excellent and James the new manager has one of the cleanest kitchens I’ve seen. As a service technician in the trades, I typically shy away from eating at restaurants I service, but this location is definitely the exception for that. Most people don’t actually get to see the kitchen of the place they are eating at, but I can confirm, James and his crew are above and beyond what other restaurants consider “acceptable”. Highly recommend this location. 10/10

I came to get lunch during my break and went through the drive through with the intention to be quick and get back home. I don’t usually go to this location because it’s a bit of a drive from my house and I’m closer to the location in The Woodlands. I ordered a $7.99 combo and a cup of chilli and the issues started in the drive thru when the order taker almost charged me $18. After we got the price taken care of, I paid and continued home without checking, the bag felt heavy and since I’ve previously worked at potbelly years ago I felt it was an appropriate weight for the order. I drove all the way home and realized the order was missing a bag of chips. Yes I was extremely frustrated but when I called I didn’t curse or behave rudely when telling the male worker my order was missing a bag of chips. He laughed at me, didn’t apologize for the mistake and told me to come get a bag of chips. I arrived and asked for the workers name and they wouldn’t release it, fair. I then told the manager and nothing further was done. Just a sorry with a smirk. I will not be returning to this location because of this situation.

The customer service was below par. I was the only one in line and both girls made wait until they were finished doing something else. I ordered them A Wreck which comes with 4 meats but I only got two of them. I don’t come here often and I probably won’t come again because last time they got my drive through order wrong. This is the only location I have had problems at. The tables and floor were dirty also.

Long time potbelly fan
Went today & got a roast beef sandwich
The roast beef was 1/4 inch thick and the bread was nearly still raw as well as the meat was cold cold.
Was so bad I Demanded a refund and return the sandwich, I got my refund back of just the $8.59 sandwich cost, and NOT the sandwich money plus bacon added & tax. Bad business

Needs updates. The owner needs to k own they are always out of stock. The wreck? Pesto, several side items when asked they ran out what they do have LEFTis good.

Came in here during the Hurricane and it was awesome. The food was great, price was good, and staff incredibly friendly. Will definitely come back for more.
