Stop in after seeing a sign for Egg Nog Shake, omg I love egg nog! When I entered I was never greeted so I assumed ok their busy a few minutes later an Afro American girl with dreads asked how she could help me after she handed off two sandwiches to a customer waiting, I politely said I would like to order an Egg Nog Shake and she responded oh ok one of them will help you! There was a middle age Caucasian man in the drive thru and a middle age Caucasian women woman up front. About five minutes later the lady asked could she take my order and again a said I would like an egg nog shake, and she walked away and told the guy in drive thru that I wanted a shake and walked away and begun making sandwiches. 10 minutes into my visit I walked to the area where the two ladies were making sandwiches and asked should I come back another time and Caucasian woman said well it’s only three of us here and turned her head and continued what she was doing. I walked back to the register and 5 minutes later the guy in drive thru screamed from the drive thru area did I want a egg nog shake and I replied YeS and he said what’s that and I said yes.! He picked some items off the floor with his bare hands and scopped two scoops of Icecream in the blender and prepared my shake and picked up two fingers cookies with his bare nasty hands and handed it to me. Here I am waiting again to be rung up and here goes the Caucasian girl to ring me up! But why not when she dusted greeted me atleast that step would’ve been out the way! I guess people be ask backwards as long as it took my dinner I ordered from next door was cold!!!! Bring out the robots I hate rude ass customer service!!!

Any job where I have to speak to the employees they should NOT be allowed to have AirPods in. The guy didn’t even hear my order correctly as I found out while I was waiting at the cashier to checkout. Unacceptable and it’s happening more and more in the service/customer service industry these days. Do better kids, do better.

Placed a order here early in the morning so it can be delivered to me for LUNCH TIME (i work at a school) near by. My order was promised to be delivered by 11AM. Its 11:15 no food, i call the store, they said it was waiting for me to pick it up when i CLEARLY have it set for DELIVERY and paid the $3.99 FEE. Food was cold when it finally got here 45 min latter. I didnt get to eat my food in peace. NEVER AGAIN ordering from this location again.

My Name Is Not Important

Never been here before. I thought I'd give it a try since they advertised on social media a BOGO special.

I tried The Wreck on white bread. It had all the basic meats, roast beef, ham, salami, and turkey.

It was okay, it just lacked a punch that would make me say WOW.... it needed something else. Otherwise, it was just a sandwich.

On the other hand, the app was easy to use. They had a drive-thru. The service was excellent. The order was ready aa soon as I pulled up to the window.

I would go back again. They have a pizza sub I would like to try.

I stopped by here on my way home from a long day at work and ordered a soup and a sandwich. I get home and go to eat my sandwich, and I realize that a few of the vegetables that I had asked for my sandwich were not on my sandwich. Im thinking “okay people make mistakes I will just call to let them know and see what I can do”. So I call the establishment nicely to ask them if there’s anyway that I can get a refund or a voucher to get another sandwich as I have no way to get back to the restaurant and my sandwich was not good how it was. I was rudely told that he did put the peppers on it but when be comes to thinking about it “asking for lettuce and extra peppers was “ too excessive” for a sandwich that small “ He was also laughing and chuckling while saying this. So not only was I offended at the Very rude customer service from the night manager JACOB, i still had to not have dinner due to an unsatisfactory sandwich, will not be back. Poor customer service to be a manager…

First time trying potbelly, I will NEVER return to this location. Upon arriving me and my boyfriend were just a little confused because we didn’t know what to get, and it seemed like the lady got a little frustrated with us. Mind you, we were the only people there. The older lady with blue hair got frustrated because we asked if we could put our toppings there and she responded to us very rudely saying that she doesn’t do it here to go over there. The lady overall had a bad attitude. Once we checked out, we said thank you and she disregarded us. On top of that, she was just coughing and coughing without even covering her mouth. Very disgusting if I do say so myself. I work in customer service, and not once have I ever treated a customer this way. I don’t know if the cigarette she was smoking before we entered worked , but she should probably a whole pack of them so she can act right.
