I’ve been eating at this canes since they opened and it used to be good, but now when I go to get food it’s always soggy and wet. At least the chicken is. The fries are ok at times, but my main concern is who wants to eat chicken that has wet and soggy batter falling off. You can tell them to make it extra crispy but most the time when you do it never is when you get it. I just would like to see them improve the quality of their food since they only make chicken. They also need to learn how to knock the grease off of the food before you put it in the box, it’s like they just throw it in there wet. Chicken tenders are supposed to be crispy and golden brown, not soggy and almost as white as the chicken. And yes I got take out but I work right next store so it’s sitting in the box for like 2 mins before I open it

Staff was awesome, manager there was very personable. Remembered my name as I left, which shows a lot about how they treat everyone. Will definitely return!

I came here 9/25/2024 and the girl taking our order through drive-thru was so sick she could barely talk. She should’ve stayed home and not risked customers getting sick. I left and didn’t get anything after all.

Service is always great, and food is always good.The kids prefer Canes over any other chicken establishments.
