It's hard to say for the atmosphere, because I didn't go in. Just through the drive thru. I have been to many rasing canes before. The one in the webster area must sprinkle cocaine their chicken strips because their chicken is delicious and I mean just the strips themselves without the cane sauce. I must admit, this is the second location in the spring area that I've been too. They must be doing something different than the other areas because the chicken just doesn't have that taste like the rest do. Sorry but I'm getting this location an average 3 on their food and service alone and no pics this time. I was fungry.
3/3/24 between 6-6:30pm there was a gentleman and a young lady at the drive through. The lady was very rude and looked like she hated being there from the moment I pulled up. She said a couple rude comments to the boy taking my order, she had eye rolls going, and he looked like he cared a lot about what she had to say because he kept nervously looking back at her as she took my order and giving him more rude nonverbal cues. The boy ended up taking my order wrong maybe because of being thrown off by the girl behind him. He repeated what I asked for 2 times and it sounded right but he input it incorrectly, so when I got to the window I let them know the girl was very rude but the boy looked like he was trying. They were not surprised and mentioned they had been having trouble with the outside staff because they have “not been that great”. They apologized to me and gave my my order and I was off… what makes the pointless rudeness worse is they have no idea what someone might be going through. They put the cherry in top (sarcasm) of the terrible events that happened that day.
We ordered in the drive through and were greeted by Joseph and he was so kind and full of energy!! Will definitely come back. It’s great to see employees that truly enjoy their job and have a great vibe!! He is an exceptional employee.

Nowhere else on the entire planet, other than Canes, will you find a 0.8oz / 24g chicken finger. About 0.5” and 3” long.Might as well call it a scam with the price and reasonable expectation for larger fingers. Anywhere else on the planet, other than Canes, serves fingers about twice the size, without exaggeration. It’s a slap in the face to your customers paying a premium price.

The whole employees standing outside taking orders thing is mind-boggling to me, its a worse experience for both customers(who have to play 20 questions instead of just looking at the menu board) and staff. Stop emulating the other guys it sucks there too.
