Beyond the desserts, I really appreciate they not only have brewed decaf coffee (not just decaf espresso), so I can pick the mix of caf/decaf. They even use a swiss water process (fewer chemicals) for the beans!

Visited today for the first time and I’m so glad to be living walking distance from this place. Reasonable prices and great drinks and pastries. Their hot chocolate is lovely

Very poor service from the cashier, it's a very expensive place, I don't recommend it.

I’ve come here many times and the food has been great. Today however I ordered 2 large I ced coffees that took more than 15 minutes to make, when I was given two medium drinks by the barista I asked if she had the wrong drinks. She said sorry turned around and got two large cups, filled them with ice and then dumped my drinks into these cups and left some of the drink in the medium cups. When I asked why she just added more ice and gave me less drink she said that’s how the recipe was. 2 extra dollars for ice is what I paid I guess. Terrible service. 20 oz drink is 13 oz of ice.

I took my sister here not too long ago after an amazing day hitting the town enjoying life and the amazing weather that has been hitting our area lately.

This small cafe is located in a relatively quiet and small shopping center. The area is safe and close to home.

The coffee was just what I wanted, and my sister loved getting a two (2) different flavors of their delicious gelato.

We sat outside, relaxed, and chitchatted, while taking in the beauty of the world around us. Life was good that day, and I trust in God that feeling will continue long into the future.

Thank you to everyone at Rao's Bakery for such a magical moment that I got to share with my beloved sibling.

God bless and good journey!

Rao’s is where I take friends from out of town for good coffee and a great atmosphere. Great place for quick, quality service or to sit and read.

We lived in Beaumont for 20 years where Rao's started and we enjoyed this bakery so much over the years! Now we live in Atascocita not really close to this location but when we are in the area we ALWAYS stop for coffee and dessert! My husband's favorites are cinnamon rolls and apple turnover. Mine are the muffins and the thumbprint cookies. The people that work here are so friendly. It's what makes this place so great!

I ordered the key lime pie and it was terrible. It tasted like it was old and was extremely tart.

Love coming to this place. Staff is always friendly and helpful with indecisive minds. Baked goods amazing. The food is good and the coffee is great as well.

I have only had Rao's Bakery in Port Arthur so while we were Northside we decided to take advantage of being near one of our favorites and it of course did not disappointed. I wish there was a Rao's in our area but I would definitely be there all the time.

So I wasn't going to make a post for the fact that the young lady put my desserts on the counter with no paper. Then put it in a box, when I asked her to grab a box first Since I was getting a assortment of desserts, but now looking at my receipt and seeing the prices on their menu. It seem's I was overcharged can someone from corporate explain why it seems I was over charged or am I mistaken. My receipt shows $78.50 for 12 gourmet cookies, 8 macaroons, 2 chocolate chunk muffins,& 4 cake balls (red velvet). When I add it up muffins $3.65 each, cookies $2.35 each, cake balls $2.25 each now the price for macaroons isn't listed but on my receipt it shows she rung them up 4 for $ 14 twice. It doesnt show the pertcange of tax just that it was 6.00. I belive i should have been charged 73.39.

My family walked into rao’s‘s to have a sweet finish after dinner at Hasta la pasta. Three of the four of us are celiac and cannot have gluten. I asked the teenager behind the gelato if a specific gelato was gluten-free. She responded that nothing in Rao’s is gluten-free. Obviously, she has no clue what gluten is. And it never occurred to her to confess to that and ask a manager. If management or owners are not training people that work there on food allergies that is a Gross oversight. And I had just said to myself when we walked in that this would be a really cute place to set up meetings for coffee. However, apparently that isn’t even gluten-free.
