Sitting at the bar was our first mistake The bartender is over worked had a terrible memory and he’s rude. He was almost never available every drink we ordered took 30 minutes it seemed like he was serving the entire restaurant and just forgot about the bar. I’m a restaurant owner myself and a word of advice bartenders should maybe make drinks at the least

We were seated in a room that was very very cold I get it it’s Texas so I asked for a manager that told me he couldn’t turn the ac down cuz it’s connected to the lights so I asked to be moved a different “manager” came out and she was very rude and told me she couldn’t move me at the moment even tho the restaurant was almost empty we ended up taking our food to go and I must say got $24 the salmon plate portion wasn’t even enough for a small child they gave me such a small amount of food I thought it was a joke and when I called to speak with a manager they offered nothing just sat on the phone telling me “there’s no need for an attitude” total waste of time and money

Please understand I'm a true Louisianan raised cowgirl Christian woman, and here's my input. Any true gumbo of original recipe doesn't ever have diced peppers in the gumbo, missing ingredients into the gumbo itself and zero shrimp for it as well. The gumbo was merely enough for a child of both spice and bowl amount. The veggies were adequate. The shrimp and fish were perfect 👌
