We had the most delightful waitress who really understand children (3 cousins) and we had a delicious lunch ... I had the turkey melt... wonderful experience.

I was having a very low Dat today and she came out to talk to me and made the stars shine a bit brighter in my life. You are a surely a blessing to everyone who meets you. I have been coming here off and on for years and the owner remembers me each time (ordering the same meal and having the same hair and glasses helps). Today was a pretty harsh day for me when I came in after some car issues that day and when she heard that she comped my meal and made every darkness in my life seem just a bit brighter, and as usual the food as amazing. May her business last forever. ?

This is such a great local lunch spot. The service is excellent and staff is always friendly. The food is generally good. Lots of options to make everyone in a group happy. They tend to change their hours and just post them on the door so calling ahead is helpful lately. If no one answers, they may be closed. Not always the case, but a few times I’ve made plans to meet here just to find out they changed their hours for that day.

So good but go early if u need a cake. Sold out first 30 minutes were open. I recomend chicken. Salad. Was delicious . Hamburgers as well. Highly recommend. Great service with young adults.

I love this place but I went in there on 09/04/21 and had horrible service.After 10 minutes of dealing with the girl at the counter, I told her that I would go to HEB or Kroger and order the cake that I wanted. This girl was no help at all. The only thing she could say is " you need to go online and order it". I asked to speak to someone else and again was told that I needed to go online to order. She couldn't tell me the site to go on nor did she know if it was on their website. Really!! I went to HEB, got what I wanted with no issues and half the price. The cake was wonderful!

I have been buying cakes from R.J. Goodies for over 25 years for special occasions. The cakes have always been outstanding and have had people complement on them. I wish I could say the same for today's experience.The front counter staff was extremely attentive but the cake I received today was no different than your local grocery store bakery cake that would have been about a 1/4 of the cost. Several members of my family asked why I didn't get the cake from my normal place so I know it wasn't just me.Hopefully this was just an off day and not a new recipe

Went to RJ Goodies for a simple birthday cake and got this classy masterpiece we never expected. Nice looking bakery, nice looking breakfast and lunch menus we’ll have to try, and friendly people.
I have been coming here since I was a baby. Such a loving and great family environment. Absolutely love each and every flavor of brownie they have. Staff is great, cakes for birthdays never disappoint. Great place that needs more recognition.

I cannot say enough good things about RJ goodies! I’ve used them quite a few times and every time I’m so very happy with the product. So glad I was introduced to them last year. Their bakery goods taste just as good as they look! Everyone raved about how pretty the cake was and then how good it tasted too. It’s about 35 minute drive one way to get to them but it’s so very worth it. Thank y’all again for a wonderful experience! ☺️
