As usual the food here was fantastic. We had the pleasure of being taken care of by Gail. We had a party of 9 and she was on top of it all.

Gray was really nice and would check up on us a lot to see if we needed anything. The pizza ‘Unlce Tony’ was really delicious. The balsamic reduction gave it a nice sweet taste to it. You can also take your drink to go without extra cost as well.

Food was very good. Service sucked. Was seated immediately but had to get up to speak to hostess multiple times to get a server to take our order just for drinks. Sat there about 15 mins before finally getting up to see where our server was. Ordered a beer from server with the bar literally next to us she never brought my beer had to go to bar to order it and even the bar tender didn’t know what she was doing. Although the food was very good the over all experience wasn’t so I wouldn’t recommend going back.

Terrible service; immediately made us feel like we were an inconvenience by simply being there. Took 15 minutes to order beer and wine, another 10 to actually get said drinks, and then 30+ minutes after ordering food to not have anything come. We left and won’t be back.

Our first visit here was solid—good food (calzones and cheese pizza) and decent service on a Tuesday night around 6:30 pm. So, naturally, we thought, “Let’s go back!”

Big mistake… at least on a Friday night at 8 pm. We stood at the hostess stand for about five minutes before anyone even noticed us (and no, there wasn’t a sign saying to seat ourselves). When someone finally showed up, they apologized and seated us—at a dirty table. Charming, right?

We waited another 10–15 minutes, expecting someone to clean the table or, you know, acknowledge we exist. I even tried making eye contact like a kid hoping to get picked for dodgeball. Nothing. Crickets. So, we left and took our appetite (and money) elsewhere.

If you want to actually eat here, stick to Monday–Thursday. Fridays? Hard pass.

I wish I could say great things about my first experience and interaction with the staff (one in particular). I am normally easy going, can tolerate people as a whole and never put time into writing review but I kind of feel it needs to be done this time around since its about caring for your customers . I had family visiting, and we thought it would be great time to check out Rotolo's for the first time. This was yesterday night around 8pm(They close at 11pm), on a Friday night, during spring break. We briefly said hello to the host and told her it was 8 of us. Instantly her facially expression communicated full disappointment, looked down and sighed and looked at us again and nodded her head no. I looked around just because this response was so bizarre. Its never happened to me before. Apparently maybe she doesn't like to host a large group? To make it even more unwelcoming, there was hardly anyone there!? I was in utter shocked and confused as she proceeded to take us to our table. Wondering if we look, smelled weird or bizarre? Nope, just 4 normal adults with well behaved kiddos and a host that did not want us there. Not professional or welcoming at all. But our waitress was very nice! There you go, that was my first encounter and experience with Rotolo's.

Beer and dinner with friends were the only good thing. Service was poor and pizza was just as bad.

I came here on Valentine’s day with my bubby for dinner because we heard from our friends that this place is really yummy! The host seemed a little frazzled but we were sat promptly. We ordered the truffle burger and chicken alfredo, both were really good but the alfredo could use a little something extra.
From the booth we sat in, the place seemed very lively and friendly. Unfortunately our server didn’t have the same attitude. She was cold and standoffish even with a smile on her face. Maybe she was mad she was working on Valentine’s? Who knows. We didn’t get her name at first but the receipt we got had the name “Desteni” on it.
Other than the server being a little lack luster, everything was great!
