The baked potato was small and very dry even with butter and cheese. I used to love their sauce but today it tasted like chili powder. The meat had no flavor at all. Definitely not the same quality that we used to get at Rudy’s. We will not be back.
chicken was very tasty. Order taker must have been new and had to repeat several times what I wanted. The manager on duty was very helpful in answering questions and assisting. Love the jumbo loaded potatoe.

I was skeptical at first. Not for any particular reason other than the name Rudy’s. I always pickup delivery orders from here, and the employees are so kind. They never give me a hard time, and are very personable! ☺️So here it is:I’d been craving a baked potato for about a week. Instead of getting one, I somehow missed Jason’s Deli every night. I didn’t want those green onions this time, and I was dedicated to fulfill this desire. Here I am, in the parking lot at 8:50 pm about to order a moist brisket & jalapeño cheddar sausage baked potato. BOOM! I picked it up 25 mins late, made it home, and went straight to heaven once the microwave stopped beeping! ?️This is about one of the best dang baked potatoes I’ve had in a very long time. The meat is moist, and I didn’t even choke on it I can’t wait to go back and try something different. I suggest if you’re in Texas, this Spring location will certainly give you a smoked bbq plate to remember!Parking: You can pull in to a curbside parking spot, and call for your order to be brought to your car!

I will never order takeout from this location ever again… I ordered over $100 worth of food and because they packaged everything wrong the grease broke the paper bag they supplied and the food got all over my seats of my car! When I called back the restaurant I was on hold for almost 45 minutes until I reached a manager. When I talk to the manager about the issue and the damage that was done to my vehicle, they literally wanted to give me a credit to the restaurant instead of helping me get my car detailed for the negligence that was caused, i’ve literally got my car detailed twice and I’m not able to get the grease out of my seats so now I have to get all my seats reupholstered Which is going to cost me even more money than what I paid for in the food I ordered here. My family and I have gone to this restaurant for years since we moved here, it’s decent food but however it’s terrible customer care and there’s no accountability. So if you’re ordering to take out from this location be careful as I do not want you go through what I went through. If you wanna go to a restaurant order take out and have it packaged terribly, be put on hold for almost an hour and not get a resolution for it then this is the place for you

My Son and I were a little disappointed with Rudy’s tonight. I usually order the baked potato fully loaded. Tonight our baked potato’s were undercooked and the portion of beef, which is usually generous, was much smaller than what we’ve had in the past. Perhaps it was an off night.

Brisket price is absurd! There was a time you were the preferred go to, now you have out priced your quality...
I was in the Woodlands/Spring area on a Sunday and wanted some BBQ. Unfortunately, 3rd Coast was closed despite hours saying they were open. I checked the internet and both Reddit and Google gave Rudys pretty good reviews. I ordered brisket, pulled pork, and beans to go. Both the brisket and pulled pork tasted like they had been boiled in a pressure cooker and then finished off for 5 minutes in a microwave. Low quality meat with no flavor and no smoke. Both the brisket and the pulled pork were the same color: a greyish hue not unlike the pavement on nearby I-45. They didn't include any sauce to at least attempt to drown the meat in. Nor did they include some of the other typical items like pickles, onion, etc. I guess you have to specifically ask for those? Ended up giving the meat to my dogs. The beans were basic canned. Buc-ee's has better food. I regret giving Rudy's a chance and won't be back.

Me and my wife ordered from door dash we both ordered smoked baked potatoes she got Rudy's chopped beef and I got pulled pork. Hers was decent... mine tasted like cold cat food! I have filled a formal complaint with door dash and will never order from them or Rudy's again...I hate making these statements but people should know when to save there money and just make hamburger helper
