It didn’t look/feel clean. Soda machine didn’t work. And it was quite warm inside. But the pizza and pasta was delicious!

The food is amazing here, I always look forward to getting their pizza, pasta, and salads. However, the service has never been good when I have dined here. The waiters and staff don’t greet customers when coming in and talk somewhat rudely (I can’t say for every staff - but for the ones I’ve had). This place would be top-notch if they can improve on the customer service aspect.

Placed togo order, showed up when order was to be ready, waited for an hr, staff was arguing and unprofessional. No manager present. Food was so terrible, threw it away and got fast food.

I ordered a large pie for pickup and asked for the crust to be cooked a little longer so it wouldn't be floppy. The pie was going into the box as I walked in the door but was not made correctly. Crust soggy and cheese slid in off pizza.

Terrible service, probably why we saw so many people getting to go orders and no one dining in. Now I’m sick from what I ate. I’m new to the area and won’t be back.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not even a ramp.

They lost their licor license. The food was horrible, they messed up our dishes. The food took a lot of time to arrive

Today, I placed an order through the website, which indicated it would be ready in 20 minutes. So, after 20 minutes, I went to pick it up and was greeted by a woman who explained that I needed to wait an additional 10 minutes due to some pending orders, which I understood. However, after 15 minutes, I asked again about my order, and a young man named Jesus, with short black hair and glasses, working on the night of 11-08-2024, responded in a discriminatory manner, saying, “Your order isn’t ready; if you want, you can give it to another driver.” I replied, “Excuse me, what did you say?” and he repeated, “Your order isn’t ready; if you want, give it to another driver, I don’t care.”

I explained that this wasn’t someone else’s order but my own, and his expression changed. I don’t understand the issue with this employee or why he would show such discrimination toward people who make food deliveries. I am a regular customer, and usually, either my wife or I pick up the orders ourselves. Corrective action needs to be taken with this employee; he should not treat customers or especially delivery partners with this kind of attitude. I hope the manager reads this and takes the necessary actions.

We come here for lunch (4 stars) a lot and I always order the same thing. CYO Chicken calzone with spinach artichoke and black olives. I always ask for Alfredo and they never have an issue with this. The sauce always comes on the side for dipping. Tonight the evening staff not only tell me I can’t order it with this sauce but then argue with me about marinara sauce. Which I’ve never gotten ever! So we shall see how it turned out tonight. (2 stars) Not sure I’ll return outside of the lunch hour. The lunch time staff are just so much friendlier. It’s very pricy but the calzones are good!

Terrible service. We just wanted to have something quick and yummy on Halloween. We placed our order and waited for a good 10-15 Minutes and we realized a lot of people picking up their order to go.
We felt hot, the server told us that they had a lot of orders which is why it was hot, the oven was on.
Then after 20-25min of waiting we asked about our order and the server informed us that she forgot to submit. We know it was a mistake but still, won’t go back.

I’m confused as to what the heck they gave me.. I ordered a veggie pizza and the bruschetta.. First off the bruschetta was three giant pieces of garlic bread with soggy spinach and tomatoes with absolutely no flavor. Nothing like it looked in the picture and there was no flavor. Weird for bruschetta.. Then the veggie pizza was pretty soggy, and it taste like the sauce was barbecue sauce.. After a couple bites, it went in the trash.. in response to the restaurant thank you for reaching out but again the barbecue sauce flavor, and whatever that bread thing is that I got was the problem
