The best Manhattan and Old Fashioned I've ever had are here. The bartenders (there are two and both are fantastic) truly know how to craft for the person ordering. Great atmosphere with a wonderful selection for both aficionados and someone that needs guidance on where to start on their bourbon experience. Alone, with friends, or on a date, I highly recommend this spot.

Had a cocktail called Going Out West. Very good! This is a very nice bar, small & cozy. It's connected to the Hop Scholar Ale House, so whichever side you're on doesn't matter which side you order on. Decor in both is nice. Chill vibe in the Sabbatical side or the Ale side. The bartender is super nice.

A friend introduced me to this place on St. Patrick's Day and they definitely didn't disappoint. The bartenders were super sweet and made great drinks. I also love the vibe of this place--especially the ceilings and floor-to-ceiling liquor selection. My friends and I will be returning!

I love Sabbatical. Best cocktails in the area. HOWEVER... they have a roach infestation problem. The first roach my friends and I saw, ok no problem. It's Texas. But now it's gotten to the point where we are seeing little roaches every single time we go. It's breaking my heart because again I love this spot. Please, Sabbatical, hire an exterminator!

Kat/Cat was great! I didn't catch the other bartenders name by we went here from not being served at Prohibition. This place was amazing! Great crowd! I told Cat I was a Jameson neat kind of girl and asked to be taken on a journey. Did she deliver?! 300%. I loved the vibe but so did my brother. Not only that but the food was also quite delicious! It was a welcome surprise :) very happy with the choice we made to go to Sabbatical Spirits!!!
