I come here about once a month and today was the worst experience. I asked for lemon juice and the guy put a ton of lemon vinaigrette. He didn’t offer to redo so I just went with it and hoped I’d like it. I did not like it, so after taking a bite I went back up to a young woman employee who gave me SO MUCH ATTITUDE. I was so nice and she snatched the wrap out of my hand, THREW it (with great force) in the garbage, and said “I’ll just remake it, what do you want on it?” With again, so much attitude. When she throws down the box towards me, I say thank you and she gives me the dirtiest look and WALKS AWAY….and it wasn’t even busy.

Online Order Paying almost $20 for a small salad with chicken. But not getting the chicken is very disappointing. To top that, I had to call 3 times to get ahold of someone. Who said they were very busy. Yet when I came in, there was only one customer eating. Is also disappointing. She told me she would refund the chicken and then hung up on me. Customer service is poor and not worth the expense.

They are very skimpy on the kids meals. I’m already paying a lot for it and then they don’t even give you much. My kids portion was not filled even half way. When I inquired, they said they only give 1 scoop, and since I already took the container, they couldn’t do anything about it. So juggling 2 toddlers and ordering my food is not an excuse.
Booths were also dirty and I had to wipe them down myself.
Not sure if I’ll come back to this location because their service is terrible.

This was the first time I order delivery from this location the customer service was poor and needs more training with customers. I call to let them know I receive only part of my order the only thing they could say to me was for me to contact the delivery driver myself to see if he can come pick up my order or if I can drive to pick up the rest of my order when it was clearly thier fault that I recieved a incomplete order, since it was sitting on there counter when I arrived to pick it up. I also was not offered a refund over the phone, or when I arrived any complimentary service. I will not be returning back to this location.

Just went to this store it was closed. Says 9pm it's 8:30. It was completely cleaned and closed down which tells me that they closed well before 8:30. Change the time if that's not when it's open till! I went out of my way to go here!!
