I used to like eating here but the fish today was half the size it used to be! I left feeling hungry, which has not happened before. Definitely will think twice about eating lunch here again. I'd rather you increase the price than try to trick me into thinking I'm getting the same value by making the portion smaller.

I asked what was a regular salad but clerk only had one bowl that was regular size. Enjoyed the multiple ingredients and for me regular was very large. This fed me for 4 meals. Has Base price and some ingredients have different price but the price is on the label no surprises. At end you get a croissant roll.

Ordered online very poor experience I was told it would be ready at 6:38 I get down there, only to be told to wait. I waited patiently only for them to completely finish the line was I even spoken to again only told to wait yet again as they began preparing my order. This is not how service works and this is not how order pickup works. Avoid any online ordering until they make it to the 21st century especially this location.

Salata is my go-to spot when I’m craving something fresh and customizable. I love how you can build your own salad with so many toppings, proteins, and dressings—it always feels like you’re getting exactly what you want. Everything is super fresh, the portions are generous, and it’s a healthier option that still tastes great. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, which makes it perfect for lunch or a light dinner. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fresh and satisfying meal!

After coming in around 5pm this location didn’t have many choices for toppings or protein/meat for salads. Nothing had been refilled. The salmon was very small and skimpy. My cucumbers tasted sour and outdated. I won’t be back to this location.

Excellent service today from the staff. I was there today around 1230pm when a very upset guest came in yelling and being very disrespectful to the staff about her wrong order. She continued to be rude despite them trying to help her. I asked her to please let them help her and she charged me and got in my face. I apologized to team and remained calmed while she continued to verbally abuse everyone. I hate that the staff had to deal with her and her mother but they handled it amazingly. They deserve some kudos for that unnecessary interaction. I have been to this location many times and will continue to go.
Used to come here all the time but the last 3 times (very spaced out because of how they treated my mom) they completely screwed up our orders. Receipt is correct, salad is wrong (Kale does not equal Spinach etc etc). Initially we thought it might be because we ordered multiple salads at once but this last time I ordered JUST my salad and lo and behold if there isn't Spinach in it where Kale should be.

Oh and when my Mom had tried to return her salad 2 times ago two employees essentially made fun of her to the point that another customer had to step in and say something. My mom is not impolite and does not cause scenes - if anything she cowers under that situation. Shame on you all doing that to an elderly woman! That's so ridiculous when y'all can't even read your own orders correctly lol
I, on the other hand, will have no problem calling out my peers for being incompetent and will call you out for treating elderly customers with such disrespect. You have no freaking right when you can't even read line items of vegetables fully written out. Please do us all a favor and go back to remedial reading and get out of the workforce.
