Just went to this store it was closed. Says 9pm it's 8:30. It was completely cleaned and closed down which tells me that they closed well before 8:30. Change the time if that's not when it's open till! I went out of my way to go here!!

Salata is one of my go to places to get a good salad. Always well-made, and the ingredients area is always kept meticulously clean at Salata. The ice machine was broken this day, but a bucket of ice was provided with a scoop.

I used to come to this Salata all the time, with great service and great flavor. I come for lunch and dinner. The last times I had come the service is horrible, they don’t have all the vegetables and protein, and when I ask for more they always say the do not have. No lemons, no enough teas, crumbles of pita chips, and they don’t want to give you more than 2 scoops of dressings ( I used to work for Salata and it’s been always 3 scoops for dressing for free). No ice. And when you ask if they more of an item them say NO.it’s one of my favorite restaurants and it’s close to my house and it’s so sad me and my family will not be coming again to this location.

i went to salata today and there was none of the ingredients i wanted there was over 10 ingredients that they didn’t have not even lettuce, it was one of my favorite places to go to but this has been happening a lot recently i don’t think i’ll be going back. Very few workers and a very long line for me to get my salad
Food is fine most of the time. Use too frequent this location, but this time when I came in my experience was absolutely horrible. I came in when I was slow. There was absolutely no one in line, but the lady, the first lady behind the salad bar rushed me through. When I was at the counter a lady the lady behind the counter, without saying a word left and went to go help someone picking up an order. When she came back she asked me if I was getting chicken in my vegan bowl...I'll assume because I was the only person of color but it was crazy because so was she (not my race) but give the area im not shocked smh
The Honest Truth ..
I was so PISSED by the time I was ready to check out and pay. I was so disgusted, left the food there and I left. I went as far as contacting corporate. I have a vegetarian for a child, and loves salad. Because my child is in elementary school, I ordered a KIDS SIZE salad of his liking, and would deliver it to the campus. The staff TOLD ME not recommended, but TOLD ME, what size I should be getting. So they went off the assumption that it was for ME and not my CHILD, thinking that I wanted to pay less, and get a child size portion. My thing is, who TF are YOU to tell me what I should be paying for? I was DISGUSTED.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. The evening staff is extremely rude, they make it seem like it's an inconvenience for a customer to be there, not to mention they ration your food like you're not paying for it.

This place used to a great place to go and the last year management changed attitudes changed and service changed ...I ordered from here alot regardless but today will be the last time ever I placed order online and then went to the store and I asked if the Chipotle shrimp was spicy real spicy because they didn't have the regular shrimp on the menu but after a few minutes a lady came to window and said yes it's spicy and suggested I'm to late because the shrimp was all I can eat there but she kindly did say they can remake it so I was pleased I waited and then they asked if I can go park to let other cars come through and after a little more waiting went to check and my food was ready but they didn't even motion to tell me I can pick it up they just watched me through the window and when I wanted to ask if this was the plain shrimp the young lady slammed window in my face like if I was a bother to them like if I was in the way...I won't go back I promise that ...I won't go somewhere again that makes me feel so unwanted
