My lady went to get us Cinnabons on 8/15/25 at roughly around 2130 and the experience was terrible. They left her sitting at the window for 17 minutes after ordering because the employees completely forgot about her order. The service was slow and unprofessional. Very disappointing!

Just came in and ordered a limited time special Apple Harvest Turkey sandwich to go. Staff then comes out and says they are out of apples. SMH Edit: took the sandwich without the apples, and it was actually quite good. Perhaps, maybe, plan better and stock enough apples so customers can actually get the complete sandwich? just sayin’

I saw a worker in the kitchen who was making food scrolling on his ce llphone with his gloves on and then continued to touch the food he was making without changing his gloves or washing his hands

I ordered my sandwich through the drive through, found out once I got home that it was not meat and cheese only. Came back and the cashier was polite about it, apologized, and said they would remake the sandwich. Watched the kitchen staff open up the sandwich, pull the meat off and reuse it to start my new sandwich.
Once I was given the remade sandwich I went ahead and ordered the exact same sandwich, (this time not being given the receipt), and got it made the right way.
Threw away the remade one on the way out.
$30 for 2 sandwiches and only had 1 correct by the end of this.
What a complete waste of money. Will not be returning.

I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Prices are noticeably inflated compared to what you’d expect, and the quality simply doesn’t justify the cost.
Even something as basic as getting the bread right seems to be a challenge here. It’s disappointing, especially when other locations — like the one on Rayford — consistently deliver a far better experience in both quality and service.
This store needs serious attention from management. Until then, I’ll be taking my business to rayford — and I’d suggest others do the same.

I ordered a small ham and Swiss sandwich only mayo. And what I received (see picture) is only bread and mayonnaise. This is stupidity at its finest. I had to leave home and go back to this place just to get what I paid for. I also ordered a cinnamon roll which I did not get. This is ridiculous! Either your employees are high or extremely stupid. Either way management, you should rid yourself of them immediately. It’s ruining your business.

The young lady there is very unprofessional, firstly she handled my food with no gloves including my straw. And then proceeded to fill my cup of coffee up half way when they advertise a free full cup. She was being lazy because she didn’t want to brew more coffee to fill the cup up. The young lady that took care of my order was short with glasses.
