I don’t usually leave long reviews, but this experience deserves to be documented.
I ordered an avocado turkey sandwich and clearly stated it multiple times. There was no order confirmation at the window, which already felt off. My drink was initially wrong — I was handed a Dr Pepper instead of sweet tea — but to be fair, the employee at the window noticed the mistake and corrected it. Credit where it’s due on that part.
Unfortunately, the bigger issue came later. Once I got home, after eating part of the sandwich, I noticed a different colored ingredient and realized it had bacon instead of avocado. I do not eat pork for religious reasons, and this is not a minor or acceptable substitution. It’s a serious preparation error.
To clarify, I didn’t notice immediately because I had just gotten off work and was exhausted. I didn’t catch it by taste at first — it was only after noticing that something looked off that I realized what had been added. That doesn’t change the fact that the sandwich was made incorrectly, but it explains why the issue wasn’t caught until partway through.
To make matters worse, the lettuce tasted old, and the overall sandwich quality was disappointing. Between the lack of order verification, the sandwich being made wrong in such a significant way, and the general quality issues, the experience felt careless overall.
Mistakes happen, but multiple oversights in one order — especially involving pork — show a lack of attention and quality control.
Not worth a second try.

My wife went here today after her work day to pick up lunch. She was waiting in line when the employee looked at her, then tried to give her the bathroom code without saying anything else. I guess assuming she is a homeless person. She frequently goes to this location. So impolite and such disrespectful behavior!
She ordered her food to go. They didnt give a to go box and made her bag her own that they poorly wrapped up. This employee is disgusting!!!

the sandwich I ordered today literally had wilted, brown lettuce. I need it replaced and ice been on hold literally for 5 mins and nobody has rectified this issue This is a problem

Went in today to get the smoked turkey breast combo with only mayonnaise tomato lettuce pickles cucumbers and ranch dressing, the guy asked me what size did I want I stated I wanted a small combo also I pointed to the cup. The only thing I had on my sandwich was extra lettuce you know mayonnaise or ranch it was a dry sandwich. So the young guy says when your food is ready I'll bring it to you so I asked could I have my cup while I was waiting he says I only charge you for a sandwich. Remind you the sandwich didn't have everything I asked for. We really need robots in some of these restaurants, It's a very nice and clean place of business real chill environment, just to have bad company for business. You want to make money not run the customers off.

This was my very first time eating at Schlotzsky’s. I was picking up a DoorDash order, but I had to go back because it smelled so good! The dining area was very clean. The cashier was nice and informed me of the weekend pizza deal. The food was fresh and delicious. I will be back!!!!!

I haven't been to Schlotzsky's Deli in years and decided to go for National Sandwich Day....Im glad I did the customer service was excellent and $5 Sandwiches was a plus. I forgot how delicious and fresh their sandwiches were.

I'm not a big fan of the bread or the meat used, the cheese and the lettuce were okay. I might try their pizza next time tbh that looked pretty good at the table next to us lol
My lady went to get us Cinnabons on 8/15/25 at roughly around 2130 and the experience was terrible. They left her sitting at the window for 17 minutes after ordering because the employees completely forgot about her order. The service was slow and unprofessional. Very disappointing!

Just came in and ordered a limited time special Apple Harvest Turkey sandwich to go. Staff then comes out and says they are out of apples. SMH Edit: took the sandwich without the apples, and it was actually quite good. Perhaps, maybe, plan better and stock enough apples so customers can actually get the complete sandwich? just sayin’

I saw a worker in the kitchen who was making food scrolling on his ce llphone with his gloves on and then continued to touch the food he was making without changing his gloves or washing his hands

I ordered my sandwich through the drive through, found out once I got home that it was not meat and cheese only. Came back and the cashier was polite about it, apologized, and said they would remake the sandwich. Watched the kitchen staff open up the sandwich, pull the meat off and reuse it to start my new sandwich.
Once I was given the remade sandwich I went ahead and ordered the exact same sandwich, (this time not being given the receipt), and got it made the right way.
Threw away the remade one on the way out.
$30 for 2 sandwiches and only had 1 correct by the end of this.
What a complete waste of money. Will not be returning.
