The lady at the counter was extremely sweet! However, the Cinnabon at 530p wasn't a great idea. It was stiff & tasted stale, like possibly from another day, not baked earlier that day. To my surprise, the ones I've gotten in the mall have always been better. If it weren't so cold outside, I would definitely have returned it.

This was my first time there. The young lady at the counter tonight was very helpful very friendly perfect for the location for someone who’s never been there before she helped me to decide what I wanted to eat, and she was very helpful with suggesting other things to go along with my meal. She’ll be the reason why my husband and I will come back

I loved getting my food from here today , everyone was so nice even the customers ! I already kind of ate my food before the picture , it was so delicious, I got the Cesar salad, pizza, calzone, Cinnabon and center of the roll.
It was very cold inside schlotzskys. Made us hurry, eat fast, so that we can go outside to thaw out. Overall, the food was good atmosphere was good. A couple of other people did come in and left, but we were the only persons eating inside schlotzskys, and that felt strange.
I pulled up to the drive thru to pick up my online order. Nobody answered the speaker so I pulled up to the window. I sat for 10 minutes, knocking on the window but no answer. Both employees were sitting within view of the window scrolling on their phones. I called 5 times with no answer. It wasn’t until I pulled back around to the driveway thru speaker and someone answered. I was finally able to get my food 18 mins later.

I think Schlotzsky's might be one of the most best kept secrets in the food industry.I really enjoy their turkey bacon a small goes a long ways a large that feed the whole family almost JK.It's a back and forth tug of war thing with me I I do enjoy their barbecue chicken jalapeno pizza
The staff appreciated my dietary needs. I drove off with the bulk of my order, not knowing they had separated my special order. I came back, they had my special order in a separate bag, following allergy needs. I felt silly, then insanely impressed!

Depressing sound track running the entire time we were there, even before we had gotten our food, we were both surprised at the musical choices.My sandwich wasn't bad, but my lactose intolerant son asked twice for no cheese - which was verbally confirmed by the order taker *and* on the receipt. My son was 1/4 thru his sandwich before realizing there was, in fact TWO layers of cheese.(Which sadly cost him several days of discomfort and pain)I definitely would have spent my $40 for two meals somewhere else.

Food was good, drive-thru person didn't seem to be happy to be there. Barely spoke and didnt say anymore than "total, here's your drink, food"." I've eaten here before with good food and service. Maybe it wasn't a happy Friday ?
