I was excited to stop at schlotzskys for lunch today. I got a potato soup it was cool. I got a large drink and upon trying the sweet tea it was not good. So i swapped it for one of the sodas but each one i tried tasted bad. I can tell the machine needs to be cleaned because they all taste like mildew. Then I also bought a minibun it was hard as a rock. When I returned it they offered to swap it for chips. 😕 I will not be returning to this location. 😒

With new ownership this place has gone downhill. Slow service, loud blaring music. My last visit... period. This used to be a regular of mine too...

Terrible experience. I asked the lady for a price before ordering and she snapped, “Can’t you see it on the screen?” Super rude, especially for my first time trying this place. Completely turned me off — I won’t be coming back.Wish I could give zero star

Food was good as always! Great service but no one in dining area. Easy to locate.. and parking was plentiful!

Staff here can be hit or miss, but I usually have a decent experience. Food seems to be pretty reliable and accurate.

Amazing cashier service and delicious sandwiches and pizza. The bread on the sandwiches and pizza were crunchy and crispy. The cashier was friendly and even switched to Spanish for my mother in law who has a hard time with English. This was our first time at this location and the service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Every time I come here, every table is dirty. They need to hire someone to clean up during lunch. The food is ok, just need to work on the dine-in experience. And it appears that one of the employees brought a kid to work so there was one less table for the lunch crowd. When I was a kid, my parents would have put me to work instead of taking up customer space playing on a cell phone. Do better.

They make you go to wait on cashier to pick up mobile orders. It’s a real pain in the butt.

Maria runs a very tight ship. She was very organized and super friendly. The food was fresh and the atmosphere was great.

Schlotzsky’s, I love your work—solid sandwiches, yummy soup, one of the few places to score some Cinnabon outside of a food court. That being said, this was quite the “fresh fruit cup” catfish…
