Nice friendly staff. They explain to me you to me very nicely. The drink was divine. They gave my puppy a puppy cup. It had a dog bone biscuit and whipped cream in it. She loved it.

It is alittle pricey but the girls there are so nice and sweet. They always answer my questions and give me 5 star service. The coffee (atleast to me) is better than starbucks ✨️💕 and sometimes they have stickers! I recommend the maple waffle sandwich!

I scooted through early this morning on my way to work and the staff was extremely pleasant, energetic and patient with me as I looked over the menu. I decided on the Cinnamon Crème Cold Brew and it was delicious! Perfectly smooth and sweet. The barista, Kathleen, was a joy to speak to so early in the morning. Very friendly! Definitely recommend Scooters, especially this location!

i’m very lactose intolerant and i specifically asked for oat milk in my matcha and because it tastes quite similar to regular milk i didn’t notice until it was mostly finished so i spent most of the day feeling like utter garbage. scooters is a DRIVE THROUGH so this problem is extremely serious since a lot of lactose intolerant ppl can drink regular milk before they notice and will likely be unable to come back immediately to let someone know and have their drink remade. please pay attention to when someone asks for an alternate milk because many ppl like myself get very sick if they drink milk. do better.
