I ordered a pumpkin spice latte (with almond milk - which means they'll double check if I want whip cream, and I said yes). We also ordered food items, so while waiting for the food, I decided to eat the whip cream so it wouldn't melt before I get home. I took the lid off and there was no whip cream, so I told them and asked if they could put some in a separate cup for me. The worker acted really confused so I had to explain there was none and I just didn't want it to melt. He said I had to give the drink back to him so he could put whip cream on and I said no it's ok I just want it in a separate cup. Finally he gave it to me...I was just confused on why he acted like it was such a big deal. I got home and added my own pumpkin spice topping since he didn't put any on the whip cream, and started drinking the latte and there was definitely NO pumpkin spice flavoring in there. I also got the steak egg bites and they were ok but barely warm so I almost considered microwaving them when I got home. Honestly no reason for me to go back to Scooters.

Love the convenience of Scooter's so close to home. The Apocalypse infusion is my go-to, but the Carmelicious cold brew is a close second.

Cons: drivethru only, they don't tell you they're out of something while ordering, weak coffee
I really like their non coffee drinks. If you like the sweetness of Starbucks lattes but want even less coffee flavor, then you'll love this: not recommended for people who love strong coffee.
My only real complaint is that several times I've ordered something they were out of, but they didn't tell me until after I got to the window, had most of my stuff, and had to ask them where the rest of my order was. Just tell people you're out while they're ordering đ

Peak perfection, amazing and caring staff whoâre dedicated to their work and craft, have literally tied my shoes for me at the window after noticing that theyâre untied and that thatâs a health hazard then washed their hands.

Went during father's day. It seemed like my order took forever. I believed it took like what it seemed 10 to 20 min for 3 drinks. The drinks in my opinion weren't even worth it. I would not go back at all

Hello, I would like to start off first by saying that I work at scooters from Nebraska and that my fiancĂ©e received an inaccurate order, he told them no espresso in his Oreo blender and they gave it to him, to top it off it didnât even really taste like Oreos at all. He then ordered two maple waffles! One had plastic in them. So, I made a phone call two weeks ago about it and the gentle men said that the manager would call me. I revived No Phone Call! After I didnât receive any phone calls, I made a revive on the app about it the whole thing. Someone named Tim schneider emailed us about receiving a gift card and we never got it. I understand mess ups can happen but this is too many.

We were visiting humble Tx from Dallas and were craving scooters coffee . We drove 45 min to scooters in spring Tx . We placed our order of 2 white mocha blenders with no whip .
When we got the the window and the guy handed us our drinks they had whip so we said sir we ordered with no whip ⊠he said sorry about that and pulls takes the drinks back . Another guy comes back and says next time tell us back there no whip . I said sir , next time please listen to the order because we said no whip , you donât have to be rude. He then proceed to start cussing us out as if we did something . The STORE manage , (young girl with different color in her hair) came to the window and we asked for his name to report him (because my friend is a manager in Dallas) she refused and said that sheâs a store manager and she doesnât have to provide us with his name . It was a younger black guy. Coffee was a 10/10 but the service 0/10. To be cursed out because the store manager (she took our order) didnât relay the message was insane ! Not to mention we had a kid in the car with us ! He should be fired !!!!! You do NOT talk to customers like that behind your store managers mess up and a store manager should not allow her employees to talk to customers in that manner !!!!!! 3/24/24 at 8:34am. ( the guy who took our drinks back initially with no hesitation , thank you ! )
So I work at the scooters in Richardson and Lavon north of Dallas, I was leaving Houston and drove 45 minutes out of the way to get coffee, and we asked for no whip and the guy who was at the window caught a big attitude because he made a mistake and still put the whip on our drinks and he started ranting raving and cussing , I work for scooters and I know we CAN NOT talk to the customers that way in any shape form or fashion the way he was acting and cussing and going off was totally unacceptable! This visit was on 3/24 at 830-845 am. I would like to be contacted back and this needs to be looked at and canât represent scooters by any means.

I ordered a cappuccino that tasted like a mix of water and sugar.

It's a great place to get coffee and snacks to get your day started. We have a friday morning tradition before school to get lattes, smoothies, and breakfast items. While the drinks are fresh, the food items like the breakfast burritos are frozen and heated up when you order them, but they are tasty, basically what other coffee places do. Service is friendly and quick.

Tried this place out and it didn't disappoint. Menu was a little tough to navigate but they were more than happy to answer questions and get you the right thing.
