Not sure if my coffee wasn’t made right or if their brand choice is not to my preference but I did not enjoy my coffee. I hate when I waste money, especially on coffee!! I spent $9 for an iced caramel latte with an extra shot. The price point alone surprised so I said, this has to be good! I got my drink and realized I did not like the flavor so I asked if they use syrup or sauce for the Caramel and they said syrup. So I felt like “that’s it, I’m not a syrup fan” so I asked if they can remake it with the sauce and it was worst. Tasted like watered down milky caramel coffee. I could’ve just spent less money at Starbucks or Good city coffee and actually enjoyed it. I’m a coffee lover so it pains to have wasted this drink. This can just be MY preference but totally not a fan. However, the customer service is great!

I told them about the bad service they gave me the day before in the morning. I think they expected me to want a coffee for free. But I paid for my coffee again, but they never apologized for how they gave me a simple coffee ?? on they mistake.
