BEWARE! Last 2 times I have came here they have messed up my order and when I correct the girl at the window and let her know she gets an attitude and tries to recharge me. Do NOT recommend this location. She charges you but doesn’t give you what you ordered.

So I moved to Texas from California in the summer of 2023, and one of the most recommended place given to me was to check out Shipley Do-Nuts. I had a positive experience having them for the first time at my job when one of our HR staff brought a variety of dozen donuts for employee appreciation day. Seeing that they were good quality donuts, I kept a mental note to myself to check them out someday on my own, maybe on one of my days off. The first time I ventured out to this location, the quality of the donuts were just as I had remembered it the first time at work, so I've decided to come back here again. But the after the 2nd and 3rd time ordering from this place, for some reason the quality of the donuts have changed. They don't look or taste fresh anymore, the dough on these donuts feel like they weren't cooked properly and they just dipped it in icing or stuffed it with cream inside. Most donuts I've had at local places, it feels fluffy and fresh but the ones I've had the last two visits look and felt deflated and the flavors just tasted bland. I don't know if I'll come back again anytime soon. I don't know if it's just this location, but I'll be going to Top Donuts for now.

Placed an online order for pickup and when the person got there to pick it up they said they had no order. I Verified the location on the phone and it showed as order canceled when I never canceled the order. We had to reorder everything. I’ve never had this problem at any other locations.

Window service spoke little to no English. When getting my order she had taken it wrong, then when explaining she put the wrong thing she continued to get upset. I then spoke to another one, little to no english, and again continued to get upset. Finally spoke to someone who understood and she yelled that they don't have what I was asking for and thats all they got. Terrible Terrible.

Horrible service couldn’t get warm donuts or what i asked for. Went through the drive thru asked for one thing got something totally different had to get out to warm food up at 8am

Man when I moved to Bridgestone in 2017 this location was great, but now this location keeps reminding me not to come here anymore, y'all are now starting to burn the donuts my kolache was hard as rock on the ends and just as over cooked as the donut. Y'all need to stop and just do it right the first time or just throw them out and start over, this food isn't cheap I honestly feel like you knew it wasn't good and you said screw it just sell it to them, it was so obvious when I took it out the bag how bad it was. I couldn't do that to someone I'm sorry, y'all really need to step it up.

The Barvarian Cream Filled had a teaspoon of cream in it. Quality is really slipping at this location. Sad shame. Time to find another donut shop.
