I only eat at shipley and been to numerous locations. This one by far the worst. Food was cold and tasted old. Staff looked like they're in a rush and just trying to get you out asap.It's really hard to mess up donuts...so make of this what you would.

The service was great, but that's the only good thing I can say. Shipleys used to be my favorite, but they started tasting awful, and the quality is just not there. I decided to try them again and was still disappointed. It's not just one Shipleys store. it's all the Shipley stores. They barely use glaze, its like they brush on a thin coat. It tastes nothing like the original Shipley"s. Very disappointed.

Closed before closing time. Sat in drive way while no one answered. Parked car and dragged kid out of car. Door locked early. A sign, note or something would suffice.

Where to start a very rude customer service .The guy didnt even attempt to look for the items that I requested on top of that I had very large hair with no hair net. He was also chewing bubblegum nasty won't shop there again.. zero stars
