The owner need to teach their employees how to greeting customers. Everytime they acted like we are here to get free donuts. NO HELLO and even NO THANK YOU. This is my 4th times here. Won’t come here again.

Ordered Kalachi's, at 8:37, received at 9:10am this morning the food was not freshly cooked, received food (cold) wrapped in foil. Doughnuts were cold probably left over from the day before. When I CALLED to ask about my order. Communication skills were not clear. $20.92 was for nothing. Not including the tip was in The order was picked up by Uber. There was no way to refund my money. Just poor service all around. We need to stop ordering, not unless we go get it ourselves.This is ridiculous.

I asked for 2 ham and cheese pretty much for years and a green monster I literally go every other day. Please hire some ppl who speak English. Today it was burnt and hard it's so inconsistent at this store and I always tip bring back that old granny who makes shit happen fast geeze
Donuts had an after-taste that tasted like they had been cooked in old, used oil. Disappointing, because Shipleys has always been my go-to donut place....for about 55 years!! VERY disappointed!

Worst Shipley's experience today. Ordered GrubHub for special event. Ordered sausage egg kolaches and got just scrambled eggs in them with no flavor. Got a Bavarian filled and jelly filled donuts that were deflated and hardly had any filling. I mean when you go to Shipley's you know you're going to get a weighted poofy filled donut, this was more like a cold Krispy Kreme without much filling. I ordered a cold brew mocha and they said their machine wasn't working so I got a very watered down iced coffee. The hot coffee arrived cold and without any cream. Pretty much everything went wrong with the order, I don't know if this was an off day or what happened to this place.
