I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but lately I’ve been having raw dough in the middle of my donuts and today I get mold on a kolache. I thought these were supposed to be quality but apparently quality is really going down hill here.

Valena is very rude every time I visit this location. On today's visit I was clearly next in line and Valena overlooked me and proceeded to help the next customer in line. After the costumeer told her that I was obviously next she went on a Spanish Speaking rant before deciding to help and of course without any apologies. Valena lacks costumer service skills and makes this establishment looks bad.

I’ve been a long time customer from this location here is my honest thoughts and opinions; they have a trashcan, I’ve never had a frappe from here but if u want something similar to Starbucks go there or Dutch bros ,where they specialize in that . They always try to give me warm/ hot glaze but I don’t mind if it were cold after all they can’t magically have hot glaze sitting there 24/7. All the workers understand and speak English but I think 2 of them have a harder time with it. They have a microwave inside too.

Walked in with a silk bonnet and the workers started talking about me in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand. What if I was a cancer patient and didn’t have hair? It was extremely rude and thoughtless of a persons circumstance. Won’t be back to this location.

Tried the salted caramel frappe and it tasted like rotten flesh. There was also no trash can inside the location. Do not recommend. for the amount of $$$ go to starbuck!

Today is 7/11/25. I just left this location. I purchased 2 glazed donuts & a bag of donut holes. Two issues: 1. I was due .03 change but rather than ā€œaskā€ me if I wanted my change the person just assumed they could keep it. Lesson-DON’T ASSUME customers don’t want their change!!! I ordinarily would say keep it but that is either when it’s being given to me or I’m asked if I wanted it. Bottom line it’s mine to keep or give. It’s my CHOICE - not theirs! !

Second issue: They are using some ingredients that leaves a numbing or glue like affect in your mouth. I noticed about a month ago when I visited and purchased glazed donuts. I decided not to go back. But I reversed my decision and decided to try again but get the cake donuts instead. Well, its confirmed that their is an ingredient they are using that gives that numbing affect I. The mouth. So, I’m done. Not sure if it’s ALL Shipley locations but definitely this one. I frequented this location many times but it was about a month ago I noticed this issue and it’s a wrap for me. So buyer be ware.

Fresh donuts are always good, but staff here is very unprofessional. Had to keep repeating my order to the young man wearing AirPods as he’s taking my order at the window. Wouldn’t take them off to hear better. This is not a drive thru with a speaker box, the order is being taken by personnel at window. Hire better staff for or at least tell them it’s not professional to be wearing air pods on the floor
