Literally no one, like not one single employee, was running the shop. Went to the drive through, waited, then went inside, and waited some more. Still no one. Went to Starbucks drive thru down the road and got what I needed instantly.

The concept of chain establishments is that you should be able to expect consistency. Thats a fail but this Shipley's is not. In fact its the gold standard of what i want and expect from a visit to Shirley's...fresh hot off the press donuts even at 11am, friendly professionals serving with a smile, and clean.
I just stopped by, and had not had a great start to my day but after experiencing such a pleasant team to getting in my trcuk and biting down on those delicious pillows of goodness...I'm still smiling :)!!!!
When the gentleman handed them to me, i was like oooh hot and fresh. They all smiled and i left with a huge smile on my face.
I have a Shipleys less than a mile from my house but the 10 mile drive to this one will be more than worth it. The people at the one by my house are often very unpleasant and you don't leave there with a smile.

Most employees are very nice but there’s an older gentleman who is very rude and refuses to wait on certain people. He has always been rude and I stop at this store almost everyday and when he is there always the same.

Plain donuts are great. Customer service not so great. Order anything above a couple of donuts and communication goes out the window. 4th time order was wrong... this time I checked b4 I left. Don't recommend filled, there's no filling at this location.

31 critics say best doughnuts in town ... Coincidentally all 31 live in my mouth Why not 32?? Cause one of the critics was lost in a tragic accident trying to rescue some beer trapped in a bottle!

Shipley the way I remember it back in the day!!! This Shipley is true to the original old school recipe!!! The breakfast sausage egg kolaches are pretty darn good too. Feel fortunate to have them so close to home.
Was disappointed with the Ham & Cheese Kolaches as I was served less ham and cheese than the usual portions. It was 90% bread. Maybe next time it'll be better.

I ordered donuts through door dash this morning and my whole entire order was wrong. It's almost like they didn't even read the order at all. I had been ordering from southern maid but wanted to try Shirley's again. I won't be doing this again plus Southern maid has amazing breakfast tacos. The best in this area in my opinion.

Maria needs to stay away from helping customers. Three times in three different months, I was assisted by herYou can not understand her, she give you this dumb look or laughs at you with a coworker. It is very frustrating and completely unnecessary.I won't be back to this location. I'll take my money elsewhere.
