Dont know what happened to this location but it went downhill. We ordered half glazed and half frosted chocolate donuts. All were cold. The donut itself tastes sour as if made a while back. They used to be 10/10. I havent seen the OG staff so maybe the quality left as soon as they did.

It's my first and last time ordering something from this place. I had high expectations for the food and service but unfortunately both the things disappointed me. I ordered 3 Shipley Duos with Egg & Cheese and 3 filled donuts along with a half-dozen donut box. The delivery partner texted me saying that they are out of egg & cheese ones. So I asked to cancel the order and give me refund or get me the donut box and with a partial refund. They said they can only inform the store that I want to cancel but cannot do anything more and asked me to contact Doordash. First of, I didn't even order through Doordash app. I used Shipley app to place the order. How am I supposed to reach out to Doordash? Okay then I received the order where I got 2 Kolaches with sausage and the donut box. Everything was messed up with the order. Let's think I ordered the sausage ones then atleast I should get 3 of them not 2. I didn't receive the 3 donuts that come with Duos. In the half-dozen box, I requested for 1 Chocolate and 1 Chocolate cream filled - I didn't get those. They gave me something else. Even in the app while placing the order, I couldn't avail the reward of getting 2 free donuts for the first time order. I contacted Shipley customer service and raised the complaint, they said someone would reach me out either via email or text. The customer service representative didn't mention how long this would take or didn't ask if I had any other questions before hanging up. They were in rush. I successfully ruined my Saturday evening. I am now waiting for their response. Hopefully, they respond.

This location is the worst. For the most part they only have one person working the counter during the morning rush. It seems no matter which one person is working the counter they only have one speed, SLOW. No urgency even when they see the line winding through their establishment and out the door. This location should be called Slow-pley's. Multiple times they've already run out of options before 7:30am. I can't understand why that would happen so often. The only saving grace for them is location/convenience.

Idk I’ve avoided coming here and today really sold why? My very first visit through drive thru a lady forgot to put in my devils food doughnut. I didn’t go back for the doughnut due to me heading into work. For my second visit a different lady forgot to put my extra donut holes in the bag. When I came back 7 minutes later they looked at me differently as if I was stealing? Now here I am with a different complaint instead of missing food it’s burnt food. This is ridiculous people shouldn’t have to worry about missing items or burnt food. It was a choice for the gentlemen to give this to me this morning and I do not appreciate it.

Staff barely speaks English. Took 2 people to take our order and still couldn’t even answer “what is the filled bar filled with?” Iced coffee was subpar, asked for vanilla and can’t even call it that and the coffee tastes old. I do not recommend.
